Welcome to this 6th floor stylish and modern condominium managed by Aqua's only on-site rental agency! This middle-floor condominium offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from your private terrace and features a second private terrace with views of Pier Park.

Located in the heart of Panama City Beach, guests have direct beach access to a pristine white sand beach. The property features many amenities such as an indoor and outdoor pool, indoor hot tub, beachside snack bar, on-site bar and deli, fitness center, steam room, and a covered 5-story parking garage with a skybridge connecting to the condominium.

This condominium features a fully equipped kitchen which includes a side-by-side fridge with icemaker, glass-top stove, microwave, Keurig, toaster, dining ware, cooking ware, and more. The comfortable and spacious living room includes a sofa bed, mounted flat screen TV, and boasts full panel windows for beautiful views of the ocean. The bedrooms also include flat screen TV's, king beds, and generous closet space for your party's needs. The bunk alcove features twin over twin bunk beds, a mounted flat screen TV, and curtains for privacy.
