***Up to 2 vehicles are allowed per unit, per stay....NO EXCEPTIONS. The cost is $50 PER CAR, PER STAY. You will be sent information on how to register your vehicles in your welcome email after your booking request has been accepted. Information on self-pay offsite parking will also be provided for guests needing additional parking.***

We purchased this beautiful beachfront condo to be our home away from home. We only wanted the best, which is why we chose Aqua. This 8th floor unit is a perfect height, and is great for viewing dolphins as they swim across the gulf. We have also reserved 2 padded beach chairs with umbrella that are FREE for our guests (March 15 through October 31).

As you enter the beautiful lobby, you will find waterfalls that lead to 2 fabulous outdoor pools; 1 pool is an indoor/outdoor heated pool (in season). The 2 oceanfront pools are surrounded by palm trees and tropical lush landscaping. Enjoy a refreshing drink or wonderful snack at the poolside Tiki Bar (2 flat screen TVs in this area).

There is a fantastic workout room that overlooks the ocean. And don’t forget about the sauna/steam room and large hot tub for relaxation. Aqua also has 2 nice and clean Holland gas grills that are poolside, 6 elevators (2 in parking garage/4 in main building), and WiFi.

Enjoy true luxury in our 3 bedroom/3 bath condo which offers a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, refrigerator with icemaker, microwave, toaster, and coffeemaker. This unit also includes a full size washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a brand new king Sleep Number bed and large master bathroom with huge garden tub and separate glass-enclosed shower with double vanity.

Maximum occupancy is six adults and two children.

The other 2 bedrooms have queen beds. All beds have comfortable new mattresses and bedding, and all bedrooms have their own flat screen TV and beautiful décor. In addition, the sofa folds out to a queen size bed. Enjoy fabulous views of the gulf from the balcony.

This unit includes dining table and barstools, which provide plenty of room when dining in. Want to stay connected to friends while on vacation? Our unit also provides high speed internet.

While you may not want to leave Aqua, there are plenty of other things to do while on the west end of Panama City Beach. The new spectacular Pier and Pier Park are within walking distance with many well known restaurants, coffee shops, boutique stores, department stores, Grand Theatre, and carousel and train rides for the kids. Gulf World is also within walking distance and is a family favorite.

Our Home Away From Home

This was our second year in a row of staying in Michael’s condo and once again, it did not disappoint. The layout is perfect for three couples, the location is perfect-close to everything, and the amenities were plentiful! The best Condo in PCB!

We absolutely love this condo! This was our second stay with Micheal and Bobby. They are amazing and treat you like family. We have been going to PCB for the past 11 years and this condo will be our forever go to in PCB.

Family vacay

We had a great time! Plenty of room for all 9 of us-3bathrooms was perfect! Was busy during the 4th celebrations but was able to see a fantastic show from our balcony of the Pier Park fireworks! Beach was a little crowded for our liking but water was beautiful! Overall a wonderful family vacation! Would stay again!

Excellent location and the place was beautiful. Parking was easy. Pools were very nice. If I HAD to complain about anything, it would be the size of the balcony. But we would definitely rent there again.

Paradise in PCB

This condo is beautifully decorated, and the views are amazing! Michael was a great host. His response to my texts were within minutes. We really enjoy the restaurants that he recommended. He was great to work with! I would recommend this condo. The beach was so beautiful. Definitely a 5 star property!

Wonderful Condo

This is a fantastic condo. Our family of 6 really enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful furnishings, very clean, and everything works. We loved the seating area with enough furniture for everyone to sit. The beds were great, especially the sleep number bed in the master. The kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook, and the owners provided a nice collection of basic supplies to get us started (trash bags, laundry detergent, coffee filters, etc.). We lucked out with great weather, so the included chair service and other beach gear were a big plus. Communication was also excellent. This was our best condo experience in PCB. I couldn't recommend it enough. If you really want to enjoy your beach vacation, this condo is the place to do it.

8 star stay !

The moment we walked into the condo we knew we were in piece of heaven ! Spectacular gulf views every day , no matter what the weather. Well appointed kitchen with everything we needed and love that there were Kuerig and Cuisenart options for coffee. Bedrooms were super comfortable; each with a tv and cable. It was so great to have a heated indoor pool and hot tub on property- and two nice grills which we used. Communication with owners was excellent. Directions ahead of time for parking, carts for luggage and condo access really helped the check in process. Also very much appreciated the Cable directions for tv. Location is excellent for restaurants, shopping, and jump off for great sightseeing from Mexico Beach to Grayton State Park with a “must stop”at the Donut Hole. We loved the location of 809; the west end of Aqua provided quiet and privacy. We even saw dolphins! So so so hard to leave. We will be back !

You WANT to stay here!

From booking the property to arriving, the process was seamless. Michael was so easy to work with & made our family feel so welcomed into their beach home. The condo is practically perfect in every way. From the layout, to the furniture, to the location— you won’t regret renting this condo. The 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom layout was just what our family needed. The welcome basket was so thoughtful including things to get your first day started before making a grocery store run. Everything is very high end inside the condo & beautifully decorated. The view from the balcony is perfect to catch the gorgeous morning views, ocean waves In the afternoon, and magnificent sunsets in the evening. The Aqua resort is beautiful! The fitness center has gorgeous beach and pool views while you exercise. The pools are great! We especially loved the indoor/outdoor heated pool as we stayed in November. This condo is a short walk away from Pier Park which has many restaurants, shopping, & attractions (like the Sky Wheel.) You literally never have to use your car if you wanted. We have been to many beaches and rented a lot of condos, but this was by far our favorite! We are already planning our next stay at Aqua 809❤️🌅

THE BEST CONDO IN PCB - GIRLS TRIP

We have stayed in PCB many years but this was my first time at Aqua and 809 did not disappoint. Your condo was so clean, comfortable and decorated beautifully. I stayed in one of the back bedrooms and loved it! The bed was comfortable and the black out curtains were great for sleeping in. I appreciated the small additions like extra towels, blanket, fan and kitchen items. The condo was huge and was more than enough room for our trip. The balcony was spacious and we watched dolphins every morning. The pools were great even though they could use a good cleaning around the edges. We spent a lot of time there. The location is perfect. We walked to most all of the restaurants and shops. The only thing I was disappointed in has nothing to do with the condo but the access to the beach. The deck to the beach has steps to the beach at the bottom that makes it very hard to take a beach wagon down and back up. I saw a few older people have difficulty getting down the steps too. Overall I LOVED this condo and would stay here every trip to PCB! p.s. I loved the artwork over the couch and spent quite a bit of time looking at it.

Beautiful condo with Fabulous View!

This condo had everything we needed for a week long vacation. Kitchen is well stocked. We had several meals in the unit and always had an abundance of plates, silverware, etc. The bedroom layouts are fantastic for 3 couples, as they all had either King or Queen beds. This is hard to find as typically one room will have twin beds or 2 doubles. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels. We had 2 babies with us, so rented cribs from babyquip. They delivered, set up and picked up. Service from them was great. Plenty of room in each bedroom for the crib. There balcony has plenty of room, comfortable seating for reading, having lunch or just enjoying the incredible ocean view. We used the community grill three times while we were there and each time the grates and cooking areas were completely clean. The staff at this resort do a great job keeping things nice, and they are super friendly. This unit includes 2 beach chairs and umbrella included in the rental, and the chairs are reserved for you each day. This is a true bonus to avoid the 'saving' chairs at the crack of dawn fiasco at many resorts. The beaches are clean, great for long walks. We will definitely stay here again when we return to PCB!

Perfect Property for Girlfriends Getaway!

This condo is all that anyone could ask for! It was ultra-clean, super-comfortable, and everything worked as it should. The condo appears to be professionally decorated (it's "just right" -- not too fancy and not too casual) and the overall vibe is on-trend beachy casual. We especially liked the open floorplan that was perfect for spontaneous gathering. Kitchen is extremely well equipped (I LOVED the blender for morning smoothies) with everything needed and more! Bedding was high-quality linen and more than enough towels, etc. We chose this condo because it offered 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for the 3 of us to have privacy plus gathering spaces when desired. Two bedrooms (1 king/1 queen) were en suite and third bedroom (1 queen) used hallway bathroom. All four TVs have streaming apps and about 100 cable channels! That was great for us because we came for R&R and to celebrate various important life events. The check-in was easy-peasy, all codes worked as expected, and even the parking pass system was a breeze. Our hosts left a nice "welcome" basket with a few k-cup pods, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and a warm "welcome" note! So thoughtful! We are already planning our next stay at this property during the hot-weather season so we can include beach time! Just call us "Happy Campers" who were happy to stay in Unit 809 at Aqua!!

Simply Can’t Beat Aqua 809!

My family and I just returned from our 2nd trip to PCB, first time renting Aqua 809. Our family of 5 has kids ages 11, 8 and 6. To quote them, “this is the best place we’ve ever stayed!” This condo was simply perfect for our family. The layout is perfect and felt like the kids had their own wing of the condo. The kids loved feeling like they had a place of their own and it provides great privacy for the master. The condo has everything you will need from kitchen utensils and appliances to sand toys and chairs. You don’t need to pack anything for the beach other than towels. Michael and Bobby provide a great welcome basket to get you started which includes all the trash bags, laundry and dish detergent, and coffee filters you will need for the week. The 8th floor location felt great and allows for limited wait times for elevators. Actually, the only time you wait for elevators is the morning rush to the beach (about 10:00 AM when we were there). The unit itself is perfect, but the location of Aqua really set it apart for us. Last year we stayed in Splash. The difference maker for us was the ability to walk to Pier Park, Sharky’s and many other restaurants in walking distance. Also, Swampy Jack’s is a relatively new (small) amusement park and could not be closer. Our kids LOVED the go-karts and bumper cars. If you want to walk for donuts one morning, Amore is only about 1 mile down the beach. To wrap up, we were so very sad to leave. PCB has become so special to our family and the kids are begging that we make it an annual trip. Fine with us! When we come back, we’ll definitely be staying in Aqua 809. Our kids spent the week vlogging about the trip and even made a “house tour” of the condo. We can’t wait to get back. Lovely condo and property. The only issues we had were that the freezer’s ice maker stopped working after the first couple of days, and the pull out couch’s bed was at a pretty decent decline. My teenage son slept on it but it would have been a real problem for an adult.
