Aqua~This Luxurious Condo is a 1 Bedroom plus Bonus Bunk Room. 1138 sq. ft. including an ocean-view balcony. Located on the 10th floor, less than half a mile from Pier Park. Unit includes Oceanfront Master Suite with king bed and large en-suite bathroom, bunk room with twin bunk beds, a 2nd full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living area. Both bedrooms and living room include flatscreen tv's. YOUR OWN washer and dryer IN UNIT!

This family friendly resort features 3 pools and a Hot Tub, an ice cream shop, gift shop, Poolside Snack Bar and gorgeous beach space. It's located within walking distance of Pier Park which offers entertainment, dining and shopping for the entire family. This condo is perfect for anyone that is looking for a relaxing getaway, yet still offers the comforts and conveniences of home.

Great condo. Especially for couple or family with young children. My wife and I liked having 2 bathrooms. Great location. 10 minutes walk to Pier Park. My wife and I walked there 3 times during our week stay to eat. Good variety of dining options. Good beach views. Big balcony with adequate furniture for relaxing. Large outdoor pools and indoor hot tub. I would highly recommend staying here. Owner answered several questions promptly before our stay.

Much needed getaway for my husband & I! We always stay at the Aqua & loved our condo we stayed in! Excellent communication with owner, smooth check in & out, thankful to know to take care of the parking BEFORE & not having to wait in line at the kiosk upon arrival. Beautiful & clean condo, super comfy bed & everything was just great!

Short Vacation

My husband and I wanted a place to stay on the beach with great places to walk to and food to eat. The hurricane cut our vacation way short, but the 2 days we were there, it was perfect :)

Family Vacation

Kimberly’s place was great! The condo is well maintained, clean, spacious, and the beds are comfortable. We loved sitting on the porch every morning and the convenience of being able to walk to everything we needed. We’d absolutely stay here again.

Perfect in every way!

Everything was wonderful! No elevator waits, property was clean and the condo was perfect for our family! Owner is awesome! Close to everything, we walked to the pier 3 or 4 times. Can't wait to come back!

Fireworks on the beach!!

We had a blast! The weather was perfect, the condo was amazing, & the view of the pier for the fireworks were breathtaking! The parking garage was good & we never had an issue finding a spot after dinner, the elevators WORKED EVERYDAY, & the Staff answered our questions about the pool & deli! We will be back every year! We have finally found “our spot”!!!

Beautiful and clean!

Great place to stay. Beautiful views, clean and tastefully decorated. Owner very helpful and friendly. Beach was great! Property was well maintained and we felt safe there which was most important. We stayed during July 4th week and there was some type of baseball event going on, which meant lots of boys aged 9-13 yrs old. That made it a little more difficult to enjoy the pool with my small children but overall it was a great stay. I would definitely return again but maybe during a different week :) I think we just chose a busy week of course being a holiday. I was staying with my family of four with 2 small children ages 3 and 6. They loved the bunk beds! However sometimes when the ac kicked on, it occasionally sounded like the front door was opening/closing, and the kids room was right by the front door which kept made me a little nervous so we actually had them sleep on the couch so we could clearly hear them and see them easily. We enjoyed many restaurants like Sharkeys and Osaka. The kids loved Gulf world and the Pirate cruise! Thanks for sharing your condo with us! I can definitely see why you love it there 🏖

Overrated. Nice owner but subpar condo & furnishings.

Arrived at night to find missing light bulbs, refrigerator/kitchen unsanitary... Ice maker not working, malodorous bedding (like cleaners had never used detergent for laundry) extreme scanty “starter package.” There in Dec. but air filters dated 5/8/18 and were laden with dust kicking off asthmatic attack. Communicated with owner who sent maintenance up. He changed filters & cleaning folks came to dust. Refrig. Ice maker did not work, my disabled S O had to haul 40# ice to freezer. Never got over feeling “ewwww” on furniture, plates, towels, bedding. For as much as we paid, it was a very nasty experience. PRO: Great location & responsive owner. If standards are this poor, not sure if we would go down the VRBO path again nor put our own condo under the VRBO .organization. Thank you.

What makes this property unique

Every Unit is Beachfront/Ocean view. Walking distance to Pier Park, 2 outdoor pools, one indoor pool and a hot tub. A very nice Poolside Snack Shop. Gas grills on the pool deck. Super convenient check in, parking garage with an enclosed walkway to the Units. Breathtaking views of the ocean, close to the grocery store in the event you want to just stock up for the week and never leave! There is also a hut right out on the beach and can arrange beach chairs in addition to all kinds of fun things to do! Banana Boat rides, jet ski rentals, parasailing, etc. So much FUN..is right there!
