Florida Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was very nice. Rental was clean. Nice view. Quiet. Only issue was the refrigerator leaked where you got water and ice. Could not use the crushed or cubed leaked down the front if the fridge.

We had the best vacation ever!! The condo and resort were fabulous!!! Very clean and huge condo. The views were amazing from the 23rd floor. Elevators were close to the room and were very fast. The location is the best one we have stayed at. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, and Pier Park!! Walmart is close too. The shower head was leaking, we called and they came right up and replaced it immediately. Having the beach chairs was a huge bonus. Plus, we had extra chairs, sand toys, boogie boards and board games that was a nice surprise too!! We will definitely stay again now that this is our all-time favorite place that we have stayed at in Panama City Beach!!!

The condo was pretty clean for the most part. There is some work needed in the bathroom with the tub. The door is scuffed and dirty and the side of the tub has some pretty bad scratches. We didn’t use that shower/tub combo but it’s not eye appealing. Everything else was exactly as described. The view was great. The water was brown with some seaweed so that was disappointing for my first trip. The check in was smooth over all. Chair service was great!
