Fabulous T1 apartment with direct pool access, Wifi, TV, private garage, BBQ.

A spacious 100 m2 apartment in a private, secure condominium located 5 minutes' walk from Meia Praia beach and the Marina.
The Marina Has various cafes, bars, restaurants at the water's edge and it is the starting point for various nautical activities, such as a catamaran trip, excursion to meet the dolphins, visits to the caves ...
The lively historic city center is a 10-minute walk away, with its typical Algarve streets and squares, which has a large selection of cafes, shops, beaches, bars and restaurants.
The house is also very close to a super market (Pingo Doce 10 min walk).
The house can accommodate four people with a master suite with a private bathroom with bath and toilet.
Terrace and direct access to the swimming pool (collective).
Also having a large living room dining room with two sofas (sleeping) and fireplace, with local TV, DVD player, stereo, internet access (wifi), overlooking the terrace with barbecue facing the pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, large fridge with a freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, crockery / cutlery, kitchen utensils and with a secure balcony.
The accommodation also has a second bathroom with shower WC
Gas heating is present in all the different rooms.
It is perfectly located for vacationers without a vehicle because it is close to everything and for those with a vehicle, a closed underground car park is available.
Lagos is a peaceful, pleasant town with beautiful beaches and many magnificent viewpoints such as the Ponta da Piedade with its superb waters and golden cliffs.
The Algarve coast is splendid and if you have time several cities are close and worth visiting like Sagres, Carvoeiro, Albufeira, Tavira, Aljezur, Odeceixe ...

Amazing apartment and host

The place is so nice and big, the check in process was very easy and the communication was great. It is also close to town but far enough that you can have some peace and quite. A very big beach close too, I would very much recommend the experience, thank you !

Wow, what can I say… we had an amazing stay, such a lovely, large, well appointed apartment.It was spotlessly clean and had everything you could ask for. 3 adults stayed for 10 days the apartment was excellent had everything we needed and more pool was right outside our terrace an 8 minutes walk into the marina and another five minutes over the bridge and into town there is a supermarket just ten minutes walk up the road we didn't have a car but didn't mind the walk beach is about 10 minutes walk away we had no bother checking in Anthony was really good showing us everything and then sent us recommendations for places to visit and where to eat we had a slight problem on day 2 and it was sorted right away I definitely would highly recommend this apartment and will be back next year

A very clean apartment, both inside and outside in the seating area. A dishwasher has obviously helped previous guests to leave the crockery very clean and it was appreciated that dishwasher and washing machine detergent was available. We also appreciated that there was a good selection of cooking essentials (oil, vinegar, salt pepper etc) on hand. A very comfy and homely interior and the communal area was immaculately clean. The pool area is lovely and in October this year, we enjoyed lots of sunbathing and swimming. Would love to return!

Spacious Living Environment

The spacious, comfortable, and well appointed apartment was a special treat after traveling in Portugal for a month. The large balcony was an extra bonus. The complex includes a large swimming pool and is walking distance to the city centre and a large grocery store.

Nice spacious apartment with easy access to the pool area. Beds are hard and uncomfortable and the hob was electric not the gas one shown in the advert. We also had to buy an iron as there wasn't one in the apartment. Overall I would recommend due to location and facilities.

Spacious clean apartment with everything supplied.

We really enjoyed our stay and particularly loved the access to a really lovely swimming pool. We did find the bed hard but I do prefer a soft mattress. Also cotton duvet covers and sheets/pillowcase would be better as it was very hot during our stay. The apartment was clean, roomy and very private, very safe and easy access to the centre of Lagos and the Pingo Dosh supermarket. Highly recommend it. We had a great holiday. Thank you

A wonderful apartment

The apartment is in a great location 7 minute walk to beach(with children) and 5 minutes to Marina. The apartment itself is very well equipped with everything you would need. Although it is only a 1 bedroom apartment, it is very spacious with plenty of living, sleeping and storage areas. We are a family of four and we had plenty of room. Anthony was great to deal with and very helpful. We thoroughly enjoy our stay and would have no hesitation recommending this apartment.

Large airy unit suitable for a group, though we were just 2 people. Kitchen is well-equipped. Terrace and pool access lovely though the temps in October were cool for swimming. Anthony, explained everything we needed, especially re accessing the garage and a good list of restaurants.. It is possible to walk to the old city from the unit but we had a car so could explore farther afield. Would recommend this unit easily.

Great condo/no AC

Large condo with a well equipped kitchen, comfy sofas and lots of options for dining inside or out on the patio with easy access to the pool. Having two bathrooms was very convenient, one right off the large front foyer and the other ensuite. Very clean and a quick response to any questions we had. Easy walk to both the beach and the marina/old town. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star overall is there is no air conditioning and if there are neighbours out on their patios/balcony it could get loud, otherwise it was great.

Rustig, ruim en centraal

Communicatie met zowel Carlos als met contactpersoon Anthony was goed. Laatstgenoemde handelde snel en oplossingsgericht. Prettige appartement met alle voorzieningen. Heel fijn dat er een wasmachine aanwezig was om onze handdoeken te wassen. Voor een week kregen we 2 grote en 2 kleine. Daarnaast hebben we 2 grote strandlakens en een parasol kunnen huren voor €30. Heel fijn als je alleen maar met een kleine rugzak reist. En de garage is ook ruim, om de huurauto veilig en koel te parkeren. Bedden waren schoon, groot en stevig. Persoonlijke voorkeur is iets zachter (met topdekmatras) en natuurlijke materialen, in plaats van synthetisch, maar het was goed te doen. Op loopafstand naar: - Pinge Doce voor boodschappen. Dagelijks om half 8 geopend tot 10 uur in de avond. Daar kun je trouwens ook een lekkere kop koffie drinken. - Centrum (zaterdag en woensdagmarkt met heerlijke authentieke lekkernijen) - Station - Strand - (vis)restaurantjes in directe omgeving Het kan voorkomen dat er wat omgevingsgeluiden zijn van andere gebruikers van appartementen, vanwege de ligging van het zwembad en indeling gebouw. Persoonlijke geen last ervan ervaren. Samengevat een heel fijn verblijf gehad.

Super schönes Appartement

Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt in dem Appartement. Da wir durch Verspätungen der Fluggesellschaft sehr spät ankamen, hatten wir schon Sorge, ob wir noch einchecken können. Aber Carlos, Anthony und Cristina haben es möglich gemacht und waren super flexibel und freundlich. Das Appartement ist sehr groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Man hat alles was man braucht und mehr. Wir haben jede Minute genossen und kommen wieder! Klare Weiterempfehlung.

“Willkommen im Paradies” - So wurde unser Check-in eingeleitet und so war es wirklich!! Wunderschönes Appartement mit sehr guter Ausstattung und direktem Zugang zum Gemeinschafts-Pool! Der Strand ist fussläufig gut erreichbar und superschön! Das ist Urlaub! Ganz herzlichen Dank!
