Centrally located to the park, La Plata mountains in the San Juan National Forest, Mancos State park, and 10 minute drive to Phils World BLM mountain biking area. Home is on 13 rural acres with beautiful views of the park and La Platas out your windows. WIFI, Smart Tv and 4GLTE phone service.
