Lovely stay

It was a lovely stay. Quiet and cozy. If you get a chance I recommend Lola’s as that was easily one of our favorite restaurants to eat at.

San Fernando Get Away

Place was comfortable and private. It had everything needed but it was quite dirty with hairballs all over, even in closet and cabinets. The faucet handles were grimy. Daisy, the owner was excellent to help us with anything, like working the locks and she was very accommodating to our schedule when checking in.

Perfect Getaway

We flew in for a birthday party and stayed for 6 days. Most everything was in perfect working order. Couch could be a little more comfortable but for a sleeper it was ok. Had issues with the clothes dryer in the unit but there was a backup we used attached to the main house, so no real issue. We will be booking here for any future trips to visit family.

Clean and quiet

Place was cute and great size for 3 adults. The only issues I had was getting in through the gate. I was struggling with key to turn. WiFi is not the greatest and had to use my hotspot. Other then that great location and I would definitely stay again! Thank you

Comfortable

Easy check in and out. Comfortable settings. I only recommend to update the WIFI strength in the bedroom-Roku and other apps kept freezing. Also, a USB wall plug-in would be helpful. I was lucky to have a apple charge box in my luggage but I rarely carry one.

Casita

The casita is a decent size and we fit 2 adults and 2 children comfortably. It was an awkward arrival as the main house was also rented out and the occupants of that house were also arriving at the same time. They were asking us if we were also staying there and said they had booked 1 1/2 months prior and seemed to be bothered about the “confusion.” We explained that we were renting the casita in the back and then they realized they were staying in the main house. We then headed through the side gate and were met by the cleaning person who said she hadn’t been told the casita was being rented out and wasn’t sure if it was clean. So we waited outside while she checked it out. She said it was clean and we were finally able to go inside. The casita was clean. The bed is comfortable but very squeaky. I was never able to figure out the dryer. I did not want to bother the manager, but you are able to if you really need it. We only had 1 partially used toilet paper roll and no more available, so we had to go out to buy more. For what we paid, we assumed we would have more available. Other than those issues, it was a good stay.

We stayed for 2 weeks and the place was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids (4,7). The sofa couch with the extra mattress is comfortable. The location is central with numerous dining options and grocery stores nearby.

Family Visit

This was a small but mighty space. It had all the things we would have at home but in a smaller space, which it did not feel like so. There was a lot of space for the kids to play outside and thank you for 2 tv's. I was able to lounge while the girls were able to watch cartoons.
