Modern Casita in Central Historic Neighborhood

Our beautiful modern casita with a private entrance is in an ideal location to access everything Tucson has to offer. This newly constructed guest house is located in one of Tucson’s best historic neighborhoods next to Reid Park and is walking distance to restaurants, retail, golf, tennis, and shopping.

The guest house is adjacent to our 1960’s mid-century home which has been featured in architectural publications. The casita enjoys privacy from the main house and has a separate entrance with your own parking space. Large windows face a small private patio, where you can enjoy your morning coffee at the table or a drink in the evening. New construction throughout makes for a sparkling clean, modern environment. In addition to a King bed, there is a desk and comfortable reclining armchair. There is a wet bar with a built in water purification system, a mini fridge, microwave, electric kettle, hot plate, coffee maker and french press as well as all necessary kitchen accessories. The bathroom is fully stocked with bath towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner, and has a large walk-in shower. There is also a washer and dryer in-suite.

Your sleeping arrangements can be set up to best suit your needs. We can separate the beds into two, twin- beds, or put them together to create a king-size bed as well. Each bed is fully adjustable, with a remote to raise or lower either end.

Amenities include: separate entrance and dedicated parking, in-suite washing machine and dryer, WiFi, large TV, mini-fridge, microwave, spacious bathroom with two sinks, large closet, spacious walk-in shower, desk and beautiful landscaping. Located in historic El Montevideo neighborhood, it’s a midtown gem close to the UofA and convenient access to all Tucson Gem show events.

We can also supply a Pack N Play for guests with infants. :)
