My fault, saw the apartment on line at the advertised price and assumed that was it. I didn't check and see the statement included a service fee above and beyond the price that almost doubled the cost. Owned by a company who never answered my emails.Had to call VRBO for contact info. Luigi who met us was very nice and helpful. The place had no soap, no extra sheets, bathroom door always slid open. Had to stick toilet paper under door to keep shut. Furniture was plastic chairs. The other places had warmth and hospitality. This just left a.bad taste. The place wasn't terrible but when you double the advertised cost I expect more not less
