Location, location, location! Very convenient to everything we wanted to do. The view is unhampered beauty. The property, pools, common areas were very well maintained. Beds were clean and comfortable. Layout of the condo is perfect.Our party is just beginning to schedule a 2027 trip back to this area and would like to stay at the same property.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was nicely updated and clean. The pool areas were well maintained. We liked the extra security of using a key to scan into all areas of the building. The view from the balcony was great, especially for watching the sun rise.

Derek, our host, from the start was excellent with communication and answering all of our questions. The condo was beautiful recently renovated with all the comforts of home and then some. Couldn’t have made a better choice, as soon as we walked in it felt like home away from home. Our only wish is that time would slow down when we come together as a family unit. The balcony was large and had two access points to oceanfront views. Would highly recommend this unit and property. We are going to book again next year!

We enjoyed our 5 day stay. We love the fact that it was ocean front and had a very easy access to the beach. The unit was clean and equipped with kitchen ware for cooking and eating. We would definitely consider our future stay at this condo! BTW, the host responded to questions in a timely fashion.

This condo is beautifully decorated. Beds are very comfortable. Balcony is big and lots of seating. Pools were great and grandkids enjoyed them as mostly heated. Highly recommended.

Family Reunion

Came to Myrtle Beach for a family reunion and wanted to stay at our own place rather than a hotel. How wonderful to wake up to the ocean every morning rather than a hotel lobby. Enjoyed every minute

Great SPACE

The Condo unit was very nice and very roomy! There were 7 of us, and it wasn't crowded at all. Beds were really comfortable, kitchen was super clean and had every you could need, bathrooms were not fancy but very clean, and the view off of the balcony was amazing! The parking garage was pretty tight and not always clean (not the owner's responsibility). There were several not-so-nice properties nearby, but everyone we met was pleasant.

Great property

We were very pleased with our stay here! The condo is very nice with lots of space for everyone. We had more than enough room for our family of 6. Kitchen and laundry saved us a ton of trouble and money. It is decorated very nicely and came with everything we needed for the week. The location is very convenient in center Myrtle Beach. The 18th floor balcony gave us a great view of the ocean. The property is nice, and the indoor pool, spa, and lazy river kept the kids occupied at night and during bad weather. The owner was very responsive and accomodating. We would highly recommend this listing to anyone! Thanks a ton Derek for a great week in MB!
