Bottom of the 80m2 Villa for 6 or 8 people with SWIMMING POOL, small sea view, very quiet and 1km from the beaches.

It consists of 3 large bedrooms each with a 160 cm bed - possibility of putting baby cots. A bathroom with shower and two sinks + separate WC. A large living room with a sofa bed for two other people. Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, etc.). A large terrace with barbecue and garden furniture directly overlooking the outdoor swimming pool.

FOR 10 PEOPLE: Possibility of having an independent apartment adjoining the bottom of the villa, with a bathroom, a bedroom for 2 people and a kitchen.

- Transport: Very well served by bus, having a car is not necessary because everything can be done on foot.
- Activities (a leaflet will be provided): Big funfair, Aqualande, walks, lots of nautical activities (boat, pedal boat, diving, etc.), children's clubs, karting and others.
- The nearest shops, markets, restaurants are in the city center 800m from the Villa.

One of the most relaxing properties I’ve stayed at. The host of the property maid our stay Perfect.

Very smooth the owner and host made sure our stay was over the top. I believe the living space was larger then quoted . 6 of us stayed there with plenty of room and privacy. I highly recommend this property. The pool was spectacular as well.

Great holiday

Beautiful house, big pool. Very generous owner, there were a lot of drinks in the fridge and a lot of snacks. Lovely lady. Very well equipped. Everything you need was there. Beautiful gardens. Close to the sea. We really loved the place!

Arriver chez Madame Merbaki c est comme arriver en vacances chez vos parents: gentillesse et chaleur vous y attendent. Nous avons été accueillis avec des gâteaux, bonbons pour les enfants, boisson et rosé. Un accueil mieux qu’au club les! Tout au long de notre séjour sa présence discrète était un plus et elle était présente dès que nous avions besoin de quelque chose. La literie et top, la piscine et incroyable. Nous avons passé des vacances inoubliables à Fréjus, et c’est en grande partie grâce à Fatih, une hôte tout simplement exceptionnelle. Dès notre arrivée, elle nous a accueillis avec une grande générosité : petits gâteaux, bouteille d’eau fraîche… des attentions qui font vraiment plaisir après un long trajet. Et pour notre départ, elle est même allée jusqu’à nous offrir un délicieux millefeuille tout droit de la pâtisserie. Franchement, on a été reçus comme des rois ! La maison est superbe, confortable, parfaitement adaptée à un séjour en famille. Merci du fond du cœur, Fatih, pour votre accueil, votre gentillesse et toutes vos délicates attentions. Vous avez rendu notre séjour tout simplement parfait.

Belles vacances

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Madame Mebarki qui nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de générosité et de sympathie. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le cadre verdoyant avec une vue lointaine sur la mer, profité de la belle piscine avec son patio. L´appartement est bien amménagé, la cuisine bien équipée en vaiselle, ustensils etc. Il suffit d´un appel téléphonique á la propriétaire si il venait á manquer de quelque chose ou pour des informations et on obtient rapidement une réponse ou une aide, Nous conseillons vivement ce domicile pour les personnes souhaitant venir dans cette régions qui permet de profiter de la mer et de nombreuses belles excursions. herzliches tolles Feriendomizil

Angefangen mit Infos, Empfang, den Aufenthalt und die Verabschiedung war alles ausgezeichnet. Im Vorfeld bekamen wir innert sehr kurzer Zeit Antwort auf Fragen inkl. Restaurant empfehlung, welches wirklich ausgezeichnet war. Der Empfang war überaus herzlich und zuvorkommend. Wir wurden mit massenhaft Getränken, Aperos und Herzlichkeit empfangen. Der Aufenthalt war gemütlich und wenn man eine Frage hatte, bekam man innert 5 Minuten Antwort und sofort war jemand da. Dass die Vermieter selbst im Haus leben, bekommt man fast nicht mit. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig und gemütlich und man sieht sogar das Meer. Der Pool war ein Traum und sie bemühen sich sehr, dass er sauber bleibt. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt (aber auf hohem Niveau), Schattenplätze um den Pool bis am Nachmittag sind rar. Aber man hat genug Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Wenn man einkaufen möchte hat es in 800 m Nähe ein kleinen Laden. Zum ins Zentrum zu gelangen muss mann immer das Auto nehmen. was aber nicht störte. Die Auffahrt ist eine kleine Herrausforderung, aber auch da wurde fleissig geholfen und tipps gegeben wenn man sich dumm angestellt hatte. Danke nochmals an dieser Stelle. Das Haus ist mit allem nötigen ausgerüstet, Bettwäsche, Duschtücher, Kaffe, sogar Grundstock an Gewürzen und Essig - Öl findet man vor Ort. Geschirr hat es reichlich, einzig ein zwei grössere Pfannen wären von vorteil, aber man kommt aus mit dem was vorhanden ist. Abreise war sehr unkompliziert und wieder sehr herzlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Vacances Juillet 2023

Magnifique maison avec une grande piscine. Situation excellente proche de la mer (voiture nécessaire mais en 10 min vous y êtes) plages tout le long de la route. Proche des villes villes de Fréjus, St-Maxime et St-Tropez,possibilité de prendre le bus pour s'y rendre (conseillé pour St-Tropez). Impermarché à 15 min. Accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire qui est disponible à tout moment pour donner des bons plans. Nous recommandons vivement ce lieux pour de belles vacances en famille ou entre amis.

Die Lage der Ferienunterkunft ist sehr schön und in ruhiger Umgebung. Das Pool im Garten und die Anlage sehr toll und Küche usw. bestens ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin war sehr herzlich und unser Aufenthalt sehr toll!

Wunderbare Nächte an der Côte-d'Azur

Wir waren Ende Juli Anfang August im Ferienhaus. Die Vermieterin hat uns sehr herzlich mit einem kleinen Apero empfangen. Dabei sind auch unsere Kinder (12,11,9 und 6) nicht zu kurz gekommen. Obwohl die Vermieterin mit ihrer Familie im oberen Stock wohnt, war das nie störend. Das Haus ist solide gebaut, so dass keinerlei Lärm von unten nach oben und umgekehrt drang. Die Wohnung ist mit allem Nötigen ausgerüstet und war sehr sauber. Obwohl zu acht, haben wir das angebotene Extra-Appartement nicht benötigt – die Kinder wollten sowieso zusammen in einem Bett schlafen. Sehr praktisch sind die Waschmaschine und der grosse Kühlschrank. Der Garten mit Pool ist sehr grosszügig und es hat genügend Liegen. Der Pool selbst hat in der Mitte eine Tiefe von fast 2 Metern, was auch Sprünge erlaubt. Ideal ist auch die grosszügige Veranda, welche uns erlaubt hat bei jeder Tageszeit draussen zu sitzen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und sicher, der Weg zum Strand war uns in der Hitze jedoch zu weit. Deshalb haben wir immer das Auto genommen, weshalb man auch etwas mehr Auswahl an Stränden hat. Sehr empfehlenswert für Kinder ist der Strand gegenüber den «Etangs de Villepay» (ca. 3km, Parkplätze 4.50 €/Tag), da das Meer dort sehr flach abfällt und ideal zum Spielen für die Kinder ist. Auch war das Meer ausserordentlich sauber. In Gehdistanz hat es einen kleinen, sympathischen Laden, der alles Notwendige aber auch Frischwaren führt. An der Hauptstrasse selbst ist auch noch eine sehr gute Bäckerei. Saint-Aygulf ist sehr gut für grössere Ausflüge gelegen: Saint Tropez, Port Grimaud, Port Frejus, Saint-Raphaël, Sainte-Maxime, etc. Herzlichen Dank nochmals an die Vermieterin für die unvergessliche Zeit an der Côte-d’Azur.

Ein kleines Juwel in Frejus Saint Aygulf

Eine wunderschöne Villa, mit Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss und Terrasse zum Pool mit kleinem Meerblick! Einfach super herrliche und ruhige Lage! Ein echter Geheimtipp! Absolut empfehlenswert! Die Hausherrin hat uns sehr gastfreundlich mit kleinem Snack und Trink empfangen! Sie kümmerte sich sehr um alle unsere Anliegen! Wir kommen wieder!
