This 19th century Victorian Cottage is centrally located in the middle of the historical district of Thousand Island Park. Access to all the Park's amenities such as the Playground, Main Dock, Wellesley Hotel Restaurant & Pub, The Guzzle, Grocery Store, and Library are just a yell away.

Enjoy all the amenities of home and an extremely spacious interior. Downstairs includes the living room, dining room, family room (with 40' flat screen HD TV), large kitchen, half bath, and two porches. Upstairs are two full baths (one with laundry), four bedrooms (two queen beds and two full beds), and an office. The cottage is very functional with River-themed decor and wainscoting throughout.

For those with small children looking for a place to swim, 'The Cove', is less than a 5 minute drive. You'll love the sandy bottom and all the sand to play in. The Cove has a raft to swim out to not to mention a beautiful view of Rock Island Lighthouse and the seaway. It's a fun spot to swim, play, and watch river-life go by.

This property is well maintained and well loved! Get ready to relax...you're at the River!

Comfortable cottage

Large living spaces on either side of the kitchen make it easy to hang out without disturbing others. Bathrooms are quite roomy.

This was just what was needed

Holiday House was absolutely perfect and in a wonderful neighborhood tho I suspect the entire community is wonderful. Such kind, welcoming people! The Hosts were super responsive and great to work with. We were pleased beyond expectations with Holiday House!!!

Great stay!

Holiday House was a perfect place for our family. We’ve been to the park for many years and my family voted this as their favorite yet. The cottage/house was clean, charming, close to everything, and the porch was a perfect spot for coffee to cocktails. The bedrooms were all comfortable and had window fans and if needed all but one had an air conditioner, beds were great - we were totally comfortable. Three bathrooms! No one waits! All and all a 10/10 - thank you to our hosts for all of this and we hope to return soon!
