Alojamiento correcto. Lo unico es que los aires acondicionados echan mucha agua y hay que cambiar el recipiente a menudo, sino moja la pared. Muy recomendable. Lo unico, y no es mala del todo, la ubicacion.

Apartamento sólo aceptable que precisa mejoras importantes

El apartamento tenía buen tamaño para los 4 pero hay varias cosas que creemos es necesario mejorar: los colchones de las camas están para tirar, están totalmente deformados. Tuvimos que poner unas mantas debajo de las sábanas para que no se nos clavaran los muelles. Es un inversión mínima que mejoraría mucho la calificación del apartamento. Faltan utensilios básicos de cocina como vasos y cubiertos (sólo había 4 de cada), espumadera... En el baño sería muy útil poner aunque una fuera una balda o armario pequeño para dejar los útiles de aseo personal. El baño tiene también un problema de olores por los desagües. Estaría bien mejorar la limpieza en general.

Apartamento en urbanización bien equipado con vistas al mar y con piscina comunitaria. La playa está a cuatro minutos, eso sí, la cuesta no te la quita nadie jaja. En mi opinión la mejor playa de Mojácar. Muy contentos con la atención recibida y la gestión de todo el proceso del alquiler.

Decepcion con la, agencia de Mojacar

El alojamiento está bien dituado y limpio. La relación con la inmobiliaria, en cambio, fue pésima. La wifi no funcionaba, el router no funcionaba e ignoró nuestras llamadas y wasap pudiendo ayuda durante cuatro días. Tuvimos que llamar a vrbo Madrid para que lo solucionaran después de hacer nosotros varios trámites. La verdad, es que esa indiferencia nos indignó mucho, ya que el piso se alquilaba con wifi y no se hizo nada para subsanar el problema. Si yo fuera el propietario del piso, cambiaba de agencia

Amplio apartamento, perfectamente equipado, con muy buena ubicación. Tiene cerca restaurantes, heladerías, supermercados... la playa esta muy cerca bajando por las zonas comunes de la urbanización. Con un paseo se esta en la playa de Macenas, si se prefiere algo más salvaje. Perfecto para disfrutar del Cabo de Gata.
