Enjoy breath-taking views from this spacious one-bedroom, two-bath, gulf front unit in Tidewater. It features comfortable furnishings (two large recliners and a sofa), adjustable electric king-sized bed, stylish artwork and ambiance lighting! All spaces with the exception of the bathrooms benefit from the incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico. You will have no problem hearing the calming sounds of the Gulf of Mexico from this condo!

BEACH CHAIRS INCLUDED! - Two seasonal (typically mid-March to the beginning of October) beach chairs and one umbrella are included with the rental of this condo.

About one-third of a mile from Pier Park, Tidewater Beach Resort is one of the most amenity-rich complexes on Panama City Beach (see photos). There is something for the enitre family to enjoy whether it is swimming, fitness, sauna, playing games or watching movies!

NO SMOKING IN THIS UNIT OR ON THE BALCONY! All guests staying at Tidewater adhere to the Homeowner's Association (HOA) policy of no-smoking. There is absolutely no smoking allowed in our rental units, on the balcony or in any common area on the Tidewater Property. If there is someone in your party that must smoke, smoking is allowed on the beach or OFF property only. If someone in your party is a smoker and cannot adhere to our policy, you may want to consider another unit. Thank you for your understanding and compliance!

Tidewater Beach Resort is located approximately 1/3 of a mile west of the Pier Park - the beach's biggest attraction! Pier Park boasts unique dining, entertainment and shopping experiences from Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, Nashville's Tootsie's Orchid Lounge and national, regional and local retail merchants including two Starbucks!

Some facility amenities may not be available due to repairs. There are no refunds due to these closures as they are beyond our control.

We work hard to provide you a clean, well-maintained rental unit. Please report any concerns immediately to your rental agent so she can take care of them. You are responsible for bringing your own extra soaps/cleaning supplies/antibacterial items, laundry detergent, etc. We provide starter soaps only. We will not be leaving out decorative pillows or large bed comforters at this time. Sheets, light blanket and pillows supplied.

The clearance for the Tidewater parking garage is a maximum of 7 feet, so any guests with vehicles taller than 7 feet will need to make alternative parking arrangements during their stay at Tidewater. Trailers and golf carts are not allowed in the Tidewater parking garage.

PLEASE NOTE: NO SPRING BREAKERS. THERE MUST BE SOMEONE OVER THE AGE OF 30 IN THE UNIT AT ALL TIMES. AS PER NEW CITY ORDINANCE, NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE ALLOWED ON THE BEACH DURING THE MONTH OF MARCH.

HURRICANE POLICY: It is the Guest's responsibility to remain informed about the forecasted weather in the area and follow all orders from the local authorities. In the event a mandatory evacuation is ordered for the area, the guest must evacuate. We will refund a pro-rated amount of your rental fees for the nights under a mandatory evacuation.

This unit is immaculate. Decorated beautifully. Awesome view. Perfect for a couple or family with children. 2 full baths and a laundry area. Kitchen had appliances and everything needed to cook on your own. Would highly recommend this unit.

Great Weekend!

We stayed here for Memorial Day weekend and loved it! The unit itself was exactly as pictured. The balcony was huge and was great for sitting on in the evenings. We had brunch at the restaurant onsite and it was great. Having the beach chair rental included was great and super convenient. Like the other reviews mention, the elevators get very busy, especially during peak times, so just plan accordingly. When the staff took over running the elevators it helped keep things moving much better. Overall a great weekend!

Amazing Condo with a magnificant view

This condo was absolutely amazing and the view was magnificant! I can not say enough about our stay, except it was not long enough. We loved the color scheme, the decor & everything about this unit. It was just perfect right down to the tv's and the adjustomatic bed that was super comfy!! There were extra pillows and blankets if needed, a blow dryer, real klennex's, and even ziplock bags & cling wrap. I really felt like I was at home during our stay. Everything about this unit is top quality right down to the washer & dryer, which are stackable front loaders and I loved them. They washed your laundry perfectly, but the only problem I had with the dryer was personal cause I am a little short...but I didn't care, I did the best I could and was thankful for the top of the line products that the owners invested in with this unit. I noticed other remarks about the wait for the elevators were long, but we only had 1 problem with waiting and that was during a check in time on one of our days we stayed and that was it. There were even clients that had returned to the condo again this year that commented that the elevator wait had improved compared to their previous stay. All I have to say is when you have like 29 floors, prepare for some wait at times but avoid the check in & out times and you will lessen your wait times. Other than that, we had no problems what so ever. The outdoor patio furniture is very sturdy and comfortable as well, but I must admit....my favorite spot was in the bed with my feet elevated and looking out the window at that beach view and waking up refreshed from a wonderful night sleep with a smile on my face when I look out those doors! If we ever stay in Panama in the future, I will be booking this unit for sure. Thanks to the owners for doing such a wonderful job with this unit & sharing it with the rest of us! =)

We would have been more impressed if we could have entered the property when we arrived. We had to spend the first night in a motel because the host would not answer her phone all the first night and no messages were responded to. We first did not have the code and then found out the lock did not even work. We finally got in after an entire day the second day with a locksmith and security. The host was rude when she finally called me and blamed me for not finding the code. Security could not find it either. She says she is helping her relatives, but the handyman said she engages him to work on all of her properties in the area. She told us she does not answer any calls after she is asleep, and apparently when she is eating. Anyone with a business knows that availability to your customers should be primary. My husband and I are in our 80s and saved up for a wonderful trip to Florida and missed being able to have much fun since it took us two days to get in and two days to recover. Vrbo did refund us the amount we spent on the motel the first night, and the host said she was refunding us 100 for "getting off to a rough start", but that is the entire reimbursement we received. I would never stay in any property managed by Rachel Stichnoch, as she does not service her customers, nor is she the slightest bit understanding when she is the one at fault for a poor stay. Overall nice property but floors are aging and the tile is etched to concrete, allowing dirt buildup.
