Apartment 68m2 quiet open view with large balcony (4th floor with elevator)
This bright apartment is my main residence in which I live with my wife and my 2 little girls. We will be absent from June 22 to August 26, 2020 and are looking for a tenant during this period.
MINIMUM DURATION 45 DAYS
68 m2 apartment on the 4th floor with elevator.
6m2 terrace, not vis-à-vis, open view on a schoolyard, facing west.
Air conditioning in the living room.
1 large living room with 1 large convertible sofa
1 kitchen open to the living room
1 bedroom with 1 large double bed (160x200)
1 bedroom with 1 child bed and 1 baby bed
1 bathroom with bathtub
1 separate toilet
We will put most of our things in our cellar to free up space. The apartment is very well equipped, you will feel at home.
Ideally located, close to all shops (supermarket in the building open 7/7). 5 min from the Batignolles district and 15 min from the Abbesses (Montmartre). Many parks nearby (square des Batignolles, Martin Luther King park, ...), Pathé cinema 10 min. Metro line 13 (La Fourche 3 min) and line 2 (Place de Clichy 10 min)
I am looking for 1 single tenant during my period of absence, this is the reason why I write "45 days minimum".
