Nice condo & location

It was nice for 2 people. There were a few things that needed attention - cabinet/closet doors loose. It was well appointed with nice decorations. The patio was nice to sit on and enjoy the view.

Great place and beautiful neighborhood

The place was well kept and easy to find. The community it is in is beautiful and we got to see a lot of beautiful birds in the morning and at night. Close to shops and restaurants and not to far from the attractions.

Saddlebrook Sunsets

Clean, nicely furnished condo located about 35 feet from the lake off the patio. Beautiful sunsets, good golf, close to Publix and numerous restaurants. Highly recommend this location.

Overall a good visit

Place was as described. Location was ideal for my son who was at Saddlebrook Tennis Camp. A few items to be aware of: If your a light sleeper, the birds start very early and you can hear them in the rear bedroom. Secondly, there is a door that appears to connect this unit to the one next door. Not sure why but there is no insulation so you can clearly hear the next door neighbor in the morning as if they were in your unit. As others commented, there are some kitchen door hinges and furniture knobs that need repair/tightening which is an easy fix. Lastly and unfortunately, there were these very tiny crawling bugs that kept appearing on the kitchen counter. Despite trying to remove them, they just kept coming back. Otherwise, the place was nice, the beds were very comfortable and the place served it's purpose. I would come again if they took care of the few items noted above.

Visit family living in Wesley Chapel

Very clean with modern decor condo. Convenient location to shopping, activities and attractions. 24/7 gates security is nice! Hosts were very responsive. Beautiful sunrises over the pond. Highly recommend!

Clean & Convenient Condo

Visiting family in Land o' Lakes made this condo super convenient. It was close to stopping and other attractions, too! We loved that it was a ground floor unit. Check in instructions were thorough and easy to understand. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay there next time we head to Tampa area. toany questions we had.

Clean, well furnished condo in a beautiful setting.

Communication with host was timely and concise. Condo was well stocked and clean. Location was set on the pond with lovely sunsets. Also enjoyed walking paths to a natural area with many animals including: turtles, alligators, egrets and herons.

Property was part of a resort. Access was managed (i.e., 24/7 security gate). Unit was very clean, modern and comfortable. Unit was well-appointed with appliances abd supplies.

Another FABULOUS Stay!!

This condo feels like home in every way! It’s conveniently located for me when I go to visit my elderly mother who lives in a nearby assisted living. She so enjoys spending the afternoons with me on the patio that has a beautiful pond view! I already have the condo booked for an upcoming visit!! I so appreciate that Eyal and Dorit go above and beyond to welcome me!

Great place

We stayed here for a hockey tournament in Wesley Chapel. The place was convenient for us because of its closeness to the rink. But also because of its closeness to restaurants, stores, and other conveniences. It was comfortable, clean, and had plenty of room for the four of us plus my son’s big, clunky goalie gear and bag. The host were very responsive when we had questions, too. This particular property doesn’t have access to the pool at the resort. However, the lake right outside is beautiful and stocked with fish. We had some luck catching a few and even had a fun experience with a baby alligator that kept trying to chomp the bobber! Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Dissapointed

It was very disappointing to not have access to one of the several pools on the property to relax beside and enjoy. The sign to the pool area says for owners and guests. We were told by the guards that if we went to the pool we could be picked up by the police. Won't be going back. The property was fairly clean but it just smelt of chemicals applied to overpower another smell.

Needs some TLC! Thin walls and quiet time is early!

The place was nice but needed some TLC. Kitchen and bathroom faucet both leaked, door for laundry was broken and taped with scotch tape, which didn't do anything! A few kitchen cabinet doors were broken. The smaller queen bed was so squeaky that when you turned over the others sleeping could hear it! The patio door was super hard to close from the outside. Inside has a handle but I door needs oiled as there is no outside handle so nothing to hold onto and it didn't roll very easy at all. Property managers were very responsive and nice.

On our way home after an awesome stay....

This is the second time that we’ve rented from these owners, and we’ve already reserved this condo for November of 2023. We have family in Wesley Chapel, Florida so this condo in the lovely community of Saddlebrook was/is perfect for us. This particular condo is on the lower level with a picturesque view of the sparkling pond and lush golf course. The condo is all updated and everything needed is a provided. Amazing property in a beautiful community!

This was an absolutely PERFECT rental property that exceeded my expectation in very way!! Dorit and Eyal were amazing hosts throughout my entire stay! They were very accessible if I had any questions and made the check-in and check-out process very simple. When I arrived they had a notebook filled with all the information I might need during my stay. The space itself is exactly as it looks in the pictures and even more spacious in person. It’s simply beautiful and very tastefully decorated!! The kitchen had every item I could ever need to make a meal and plenty of very nice dishes that all matched. I have stayed in many rental properties over the years in FL but this one is now at the top of my list!! So thankful to have been able to stay at this condo while I was in town visiting my aging mother who has Alzheimer’s. She enjoyed coming over with me during the afternoons to sit on the patio and enjoy the waterfront view. At the end of each day, it was so nice for me to come back from my Mom’s assisted living facility to relax and feel like I was home!! Thank you Dorit and Eyal for allowing me to stay in your special place!! I’m looking forward to many more stays!!

Beautiful Resort!

Beautiful place to walk and see all of the different birds. Very friendly community. The condo was just as it was described- very nice and newly updated. The property managers were very responsive and easy to work with.
