About this property

Grand Mayan Spa & Golf Resort 2 Bedroom Luxury Suite

The VIDANTA golf and spa resort is truly a five star++ first-class property and has been listed as among the 25 top LUXURY Resorts in Mexico.

There is marble and tiles throughout the suite, private hot tubs and the largest swimming pools in Mexico. The beaches are wide and sandy. Enjoy the water park with wave pool and lazy river. Rent includes twice-daily maid service, hotel amenities, and transfers from Airport.

The Grand Mayan suite comes with a large living room with a well-equipped kitchen with fridge, cooktop, microwave and small appliances. Each bedroom has a king-size bed plus a single sofa bed.

The Vidanta site is located in Nuevo Vallarta just north of the Puerto Vallarta airport and 20 minutes from the famous Malecon. Among its principal attractions, this extensive mega-resort has many pools including several interactive, interconnected swimming pools, which and walkways through meticulously landscaped gardens. There are also luxurious spas and fully equipped gyms.

My wife and I have spent many vacations at the Grand Mayan in Nuevo Vallarta. The pool areas are spectacular, and the beach is clean clean clean! Adopt a newly hatched turtle from the resort's hatchery and watch it make its way back to the sea!

Resort restaurants are first class and compare well with the best eateries in nearby Puerto Vallarta. Email me for pics and suggestions of where to eat and what to see.

The resort has a Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course AND a Greg Norman course; ask about special golf and spa packages.

Grand Mayan is a wonderful property. Our family spent most of our time enjoying the pools, lazy river and the beach. In our experience these are all world class amenities. The 2 bedroom room had more than enough space for us. We also loved taking the Sky Dream to Cirque de Soleil. The show was terrific. But we really enjoyed the water fountains and crater as well. The bars and restaurants at Vidanta World were excellent. We also loved the opportunity to play pickle ball and top golf as a family. The property owner was very helpful in preparing us for our trip and what to expect in Puerto Vallarta and at the Grand Mayan.

Fabulous vacation for all at The Grand Mayan!

Ed was an excellent communicator about the property with his clear information and timely responses to questions. We initially reserved two 2-bedroom suites for our family of 8, but easily downsized one of them to a single-bedroom suite when a family unit couldn't participate. The Vidanta Grand Mayan offers amazing pools, gardens, an uncrowded beautiful beach, great restaurants and food stalls on site at the resort, and excellent restaurants in the nearby town of Nuevo Vallarta that one can walk to on the beach. Our 2 grandchildren (6 and 11) loved the pools, "lazy river", and beach. We all are looking forward to a future trip with the whole family!
