Located in the outbuilding of the Moulineaux domain, this 160m² gîte can accommodate 10 people comfortably. You can enjoy the swimming pool (June to September), the trampoline, the fish pond (fishing canes on site), the woods and numerous hiking and biking tours in the surrounding area. The proximity to Vaux le Vicomte (20 km), Fontainebleau (25 km), Provins (25 km), Melun (25 km), Disneyland (40 km) and Paris (50 km) is a major asset.
The gîte is located in the outbuilding of the Moulineaux estate, a Napoleon III residence.
On the ground floor you will have the use of a 36 m² living room (double sofa bed), a second 20 m² living room (double sofa bed), 2 separate WCs and a kitchen / dining room of 32 m².
Upstairs, the sleeping area, with 3 bedrooms (all equipped with a double bed and a TV) and 2 bathrooms.
In the closed courtyard, the terrace is furnished with a garden furniture and a BBQ, you can park your cars there.
You will have access to the pool of the 4 x 11 m domain (June to September), the fish pond (fishing rods on site), the trampoline and the adjacent wood.

Adapté à nos besoins
Bonne expérience globale. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et à l’écoute. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et avons pu profiter des extérieurs en toute tranquillité.
Seul bémol : devoir quitter le logement à 11h.
Toutefois nous avions encore accès aux extérieurs.
Merci aux hôtes pour leur accueil et disponibilité.

Je suis ravie que vous ayez apprécié votre séjour au gîte des Moulineaux. Je suis surprise de votre remarque sur les horaires étant donné que nous vous avions prévenus que la maison était louée dès le jour de votre départ. Nous devions donc la préparer. Nous vous avons laissé l'accès aux extérieurs, piscine, étang jusqu'à l'heure que vous souhaitiez. De plus les horaires sont très clairement indiqués dans l'annonce, vous les connaissiez donc avant de réserver.

Maison parfaite, nous la recommandons les yeux fermés. Grand domaine agréable, les propriétaires ont été flexibles sur nos horaires de départ. La maison était propre et avait tous les accessoires pour y passer un bon moment (serviettes de bain, bouée, barque, salle de jeux, BBQ, etc.)

Nature paisible et belle deco
Cette semaine a été un vrai bol d’oxygène pour nous 4, le lieu est paisible avec un coin piscine bien en retrait et fondu dans la nature.
Florence et Pascal sont très accueillant et discrets. Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir des œufs frais chaque matin, un régal d’aller dans le poulailler pour les enfants 😇 Ils avaient des jouets, des livres, des feutres à disposition 👌🏻
Décoration charmante, rustique chic, literie très confortable.
