This property was perfect for our family’s visit to visit our Butler Freshman. The property has plenty of parking, an updated kitchen, large clean bedrooms, and a nice fenced in backyard for our dog. The location is great - short drive to campus, the north suburbs, and downtown Indy. We will 100% book again on our next visit.

The barn was beautiful. No complaints about the cleanliness. Entire property inside and out were as described. We did have a Bat inside the house that came down from the chimney and flew around inside of the house for a while but he finally went out the front door. It was actually pretty entertaining. The only complaint I had was no cookware or very limited. If you stay here make sure to bring cookware. Other than that, it worked great. Oh and no propane. Over all, I’d stay again..
