Beautifully refinished 1914 farmhouse in Meridian-Kessler neighborhood.

3 minute walk to Indiana State Fairgrounds and the popular Monon trail. 10 minute drive to Downtown Indianapolis or Broad Ripple Village.

This ideally located house has a large private fenced backyard, which is perfect for pets or having an afternoon barbecue. Driveway can accommodate at least 4 cars easily. While the exterior is outstanding, you will be blown away by the newly renovated interior from top to bottom.

This property is hosted by a husband and wife duo. We are is in the business of creating hospitable experiences through historic neighborhoods and homes in Indianapolis. We provide fully furnished homes for temporary, short-term stays. Every home is pet friendly and conveniently located.

The barn was beautiful. No complaints about the cleanliness. Entire property inside and out were as described. We did have a Bat inside the house that came down from the chimney and flew around inside of the house for a while but he finally went out the front door. It was actually pretty entertaining. The only complaint I had was no cookware or very limited. If you stay here make sure to bring cookware. Other than that, it worked great. Oh and no propane. Over all, I’d stay again..

Indy 500

Our family stayed in this very comfy home for the Indy500 race weekend. Very convenient location. Janelle was very quick with answers to any questions we had. We would definitely stay again if in the area! Thanks for a lovely stay.

Great Place and close to the Fairgrounds

Great place to stay for us - it was walking distance to the fairgrounds. Great restaurants close by and relaxing back deck and front porch to hang out.

Loved the farmhouse

The farmhouse is terrific! Plenty of space, comfortable and clean, and the kitchen is fantastic. Our dog loved the huge fenced in backyard. Janelle is an excellent host and responded quickly to questions in advance of our stay.
