Great house near Downtown Livermore, Bart station and Wineries. Private house for weekends or business use during the week. Great private location. There are two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a Queen size bed and a Smart TV in the room. The master bedroom has a King size bed and a Smart TV in the room as well. The entire house has wooden flooring, with exception for the bathrooms. There is plenty of kitchen space with all the amenities necessary to cook a fantastic meal for guests staying at our quiet home. When you enter the house there is the living room to the right and dinning area to the left. The living room has a comfy couch and a Smart TV to watch your favorite shows or channels. The dinning area has enough space to seat a family of four.
