We offer our comfortable house in a quiet area of Soustons, 10 minutes walk from the city center, 5 'by car (or 20' by foot) from the lake and 15 'from the ocean (Vieux- Boucau).
Large living room bathed in light, open onto a wooden terrace. Fully equipped kitchen. Three bedrooms with double beds. Large bathroom. Pleasant garden, barbecue available. Bikes and baby equipment can be loaned (on request).

Erholsamer Bungalow

Sehr netter Empfang durch Corinne!Über das Präsent (Wein u.Paté)haben wir uns sehr gefreut.Ergiebige Ausstattung und Größe entsprechen den Bildern. Erst haben wir einen Schreck bekommen, da hinter dem Grundstück eine größere Baustelle war, aber zum Glück waren nur die Maler dort.😉Einzig die Sauberkeit der Böden ließ ein wenig zu wünschen übrig. Super ist, dass man die Fahrräder nutzen kann und in 5 min im Ort ist.Im Sommer montags vormittags netter, größerer Markt mit Essensständen! Zum schönen Strand bei Messanges fährt man eine knappe halbe Stunde mit dem Auto(Danke für den Tipp, Corinne). In 15 min gab es ein Maislabyrinth -> www.popcornlabyrinthe.fr Insgesamt eine erholsame, sofort zum Wohlfühlen geeignete Unterkunft.

Hübsches Haus und prima Pool!

Wir haben das schöne Haus genossen, das für 5 Personen viel Platz bietet. Der Pool und der Sitzplatz draußen haben uns ganz besonders gut gefallen, auch das gemütliche breite Sofa im Wohnzimmer. Das Bad ist ebenfalls großzügig geschnitten. Aus unserer Sicht wäre es schön, noch etwas tiefere Teller zu haben (für Spaghetti oder andere Nudelgerichte), aber es hat auch so gepasst. Die Lage des Hauses ist gut, man kann gut zu Fuß in den Ort. Danke fürs Ausleihen der Fahrräder und die Gastgeschenke Wein und Paté!

Family vacation

Very nice house, fully equipped including a lot of games and toys for the kids. Spacious living room with open kitchen. Kids loved the pool and the garden. Very nice contact on site.

Une très jolie propriété avec piscine dans un endroit très calme

Nous avons été gentiment reçu par Corinne et Denis lors de notre arrivée. Ils se sont adaptés à l heure à laquelle nous sommes arrivés et au moindre petit soucis ils ont répondus présent. c était sympa de leur part. Cette maison de plein pied est idéal pour des vacances en famille. Les 3 chambres sont grandes et les lits très confortable. La piscine à l extérieur permet de se rafraichir lors des journées très chaudes. Un barbecue est également à disposition pour de bonnes grillades le soir en famille. Le coin est également très sympa pour aller faire de belles ballades comme celle qui se situe autour du lac de Soustons. nous nous situons également à une dizaine de kilomètres de la mer. ce qui n est pas non plus négligeable. Ce séjour au sein de la maison de Sophie et Damien restera donc un très bon souvenir. je recommande sans hésitation. Lionel, Iwona, Matt (8 ans) et Elena (11 ans)
