New house of 102 m2 with a large covered wooden terrace of 130 m2 (14 meters long by 3 meters wide) and a swimming pool of 8 x 4 m heated from the month of May.

House and swimming pool 100% in private and exclusive use - No sharing of space with other homes or users.

Ideal for two couples with children (equipment and child's bed available). House at the end of a dead end - away from the road.
Quiet and relaxing area next to a forest, close to the lake and many cycle paths. Villa located 8 km from the ocean - beaches of Messanges Vieux Boucau and Moliets.

Kitchen open to the living room - sliding bay windows opening onto the terrace - 3 bedrooms including 1 with an office, an adjoining dressing room and a shower room with sink, second double bedroom with cupboards and a 3rd bedroom with bunk beds and two single beds with cupboard.

A bathroom with large shower - double sink and toilet and 2nd separate individual toilet.
Fully equipped house both inside and outside - 6 sun loungers, outdoor dining area and plancha - Sheets and towels provided. Cleaning included in the final price.

Very nice, modern, clean and well equipped house with a beautiful swimming pool in a quiet neighborhood. The AC helps a lot on very hot days. We (family with one 11 year old daughter) enjoyed our stay in July/August 24 a lot.

This villa is beautiful. If you want a quiet relaxing holiday choose here. It is very modern and there’s a supermarket ten minutes away to get everything you need. A little restaurant just 3 minute walk and a bakery 5 minutes walk into the village. This villa was clean and had everything you needed

Great family holiday

What a great place. The house is exactly as listed and was perfect for our family stay (3 adults and 3 kids). Pool and open plan living was perfect. The pool had a 1 meter length section the whole width of the pool with very low water which was perfect for our 1year old to play in and the rest of the pool great for any age. House has all amenties you need. Black out electric shutters, air conditioning, bbq. Location is great too with two restaurants 2-3min walk away and 15min drive to great beaches. Looking forward to booking for next year!

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Pool

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem modernen Haus. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders gut ist der Pool, perfekt sauber aber ohne Geruch nach Chemie. Der Poolservice hat jedes Mal das Wasser analysiert um die perfekte Menge an Chemikalien zuzuführen - so soll es sein. Auf der schönen Terrasse konnte man super frühstücken. Die Zimmer waren gut klimatisiert und die Betten waren gut. Das Zimmer mit den 4 Betten ist natürlich eher für Kinder geeignet, die anderen beiden Zimmer auch gut für Erwachsene. . Zum einkaufen empfehle ich den Leclerc in Soustons und als Bäcker den Au P'tit Bonheur in Soustons. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder, vielen Dank

Ruhig und entspannter Urlaub

Das Haus ist perfekt für eine vierköpfige Familie. Es liegt sehr ruhig, der beheizte Pool ist ein Traum. Wir haben unsere Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Ort Azur ist sehr ruhig, es gibt aber ein Bäcker und ein Restaurant, welches beides empfehlenswert ist. Zum See sind es 5 Minuten, zum Strand ca. 15 Minuten und die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist in Soustons. Audrey und David sind sehr bemüht und nett ind hilfbereit. Die Klimaanlage und die Außenjalousien sijd ein absolutes Plus. Wir können diese Unterkunft absolut weiter empfehlen.

Hervorragendes Objekt zum Wohlfühlen

Das Ferienhaus ist vorzüglich eingerichtet und hat alles, was man benötigt und sogar noch ein bisschen mehr. Das Haus liegt absolut ruhig und bietet optimale Voraussetzungen, um zu entspannen. Die Vermieterin war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Excellente location

Une maison neuve et spacieuse, très bien située au calme à coté de la forêt, bien outillée. Internet de bonne qualité. Le lac n'est pas loin et 2 pistes cyclables sont accessibles. Le restaurant Ostagaï est à 2 pas, à faire absolument. Un grand merci à nos hôtes pour leur accueil.

Tolles Haus, super Strände, nette Gastgeberin

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und super gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberin hat viele hilfreiche Tipps und ist sehr freundlich. Der Pool ist ein Traum und auch die Strände (ca 10 min mit dem Auto) sind traumhaft.

Superbe maison moderne

Villa très confortable et bien équipée, avec une grande piscine chauffée et une vaste terrasse avec BBQ au charbon. Quartier tranquille. Plages accessibles en une dizaine de minutes en voiture. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Sejour à Azur

La villa est vraiment très agréable et les propriétaires trés sympathiques. Le plus non négligeable : la geande piscine chauffée. La météo netait pas au rendez vous cette annee mais la piscine chauffée nous a permis de bien nous amuser en famille. Les environs sont tres calme et la villa est idéalement située, à seulement 6mn de Souston et a peine 15 mn des plages de Vieux Boucau. Malgré la météo capricieuse ce fut un sejour sans faute ! Nous ne pouvons que conseiller cette adresse!

Des vacances reposantes en famille

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine. La maison est très lumineuse, spacieuse et possède de nombreux rangements. Elle est située dans un lieu calme avec tout l'équipement que l'on peut souhaiter pour passer d'excellentes vacances. Un tel plaisir que de profiter du barbecue au bord de la piscine. Le village est idéalement localisé pour profiter des pistes cyclables et se promener paisiblement en forêt jusqu'à l'océan. Nous tenons ici à remercier les propriétaires pour l'accueil très chaleureux qu'ils nous ont réservé.
