5 minutes from Luchon, spa town, and the gondola for Superbagnères, 10 minutes from Peyragudes and 15 minutes from Bourg d´Oueil for ski enthusiasts. Hiking in the forest or on the peaks of the Espiau mountain from the house. Very close to Lake Oô and the great peaks of the Luchonnais. 20 minutes from the Louron valley and Balnéa, 30 minutes from Spain (Val d'Aran).

On the ground floor, overlooking the garden, the living room with living room, tv, DVD player, dining room, wood stove and equipped kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, micro- waves, fridge-freezer, toaster, raclette, fondue ...)
On the first floor: 3 bedrooms with 190X140 beds, the first bathroom with shower, wc and sink.

Weekly rental only, from Saturday to Saturday. Sheets and towels not provided. Possibility to rent extra. Wood available in reasonable quantity for the week. Household not included (extra).
