• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged $500 fine
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.

Great location and space!

Overall great experience. Easy communication w/owner, the space was roomy and clean. (The queen size bed is still broken, but my kids didn't care lol). Really nice to have two toilets and laundry. Location was great for walkability, however, street noise was loud at night, the main bedroom didn't have any windows (which we liked) so you couldn't hear it when sleeping. Just two blocks too far to see the parades from the cute balcony but oh well. Much better value than staying in a hotel and they even arranged for room service if you wanted. I would recommend.

Not clear communication and broken furniature

First impression was that everything looked ok, but the bed was LOUD when I sat on it and then noticed it was leaning because both bed rails at the head of the bed where not connected to the head board and they where broken, the screws where laying on the floor with pieces of particle wood. One of the night stands where broken and housekeeping just swept around it and left pieces of trash in front of the broken dresser. We should have received a few dishwasher pods and washing machine pods but we only received 1 dishwashing machine pod and NO washing machine pods. The dryer was so loud, so we couldn't do any laundry and that was one of our "must haves" when we where looking I took multiple pictures and video that I would love to share if you would like!

Perfect French Quarter Drop In

We LOVED having access to a 2BR/2BA property for our NOLA stay with our preteen and toddler 💖 Perfect access to all of the French Quarter, Trolley Station right out front, Theatre across the street (Broadway Shows!). We could have used an extra laundry pod or two (we made the best of it), otherwise the property was VERY well equipped. It was exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable. Our only gripes we're being sent two different door code options and a text in the middle of our stay regarding "pest spraying taking place". I had reached out with concerns about our things, access, etc but received no feedback. All in all, wonderful stay and experience. Will be using VRBO again!

Great experience, 100% would rent this again. Felft super safe coming and going with the codes on the doors. My husband and I celebrated my daughters 21st bday with her, family and some friends. We all loved NOLA, thank you for everything!!!

Canal street apartment

I will start by saying that this property is within walking distance to the French Quarter. We had a hard time finding the building in the dark. Once we walked in we noticed lots of scrapes on the walls. The hard wood floors are pretty but floors are very uneven and in places it feels like you may fall through. The doors that look like they got to a balcony which there is not one so not close properly and you can see daylight through them and the air is escaping. The stuffing ion the throw pillows is coming out because there is tears in them.The description is that it accommodates up to 4 people which it did. The beds and pillows were nice. However there is only 4 bath towels provided.i don’t mind re using my towel usually but there are no hooks to hang drip your towels. The bathtub would fill with water while we were taking a shower. We needed up pulling two giant hair balls out of the drain so it would drain properly. I did find it disturbing that i also could not get out of the building in the morning without walking around or through the line of Covid patients that were in front of the building door. I think the description should let you know that there is a Covid testing facility located directly below the apartment. My wife also mentioned that it would w nice to have a full length mirror somewhere in the apartment for getting ready to go out.

Definitely recommend!

Great communication. Perfect location on Canal Street. Felt safe entire visit. Double doors in living room opened for fresh air. Kitchen well stocked with all utensils needed. Walgreens a block away for small items! Beds were comfortable!
