Enjoy an amazing vacation on the beach. This lovely 3 bedroom apartment, has 2 patios with ocean views, cable TV, lots of beach toys and chairs, and everything you need. The complex is on the beach, has 2 heated pools, a hot tub, and gym.

Wake up in the morning to the sound of the ocean. Eat breakfast on the huge terrace overlooking the pool and beach. Spend the morning on the sand and maybe enjoy a bit of surfing. Explore the dozens of local restaurants for lunch. Take a stroll around the lush gardens filled with streams and ponds (complete with fish). Swim in one of the two huge pools, or relax in the oversized hot tubs. Head to Disneyland, Legoland, SeaWorld, or the San Diego Zoo. Rent a bike and stroll through the beach town. Don't forget to pick up some ice-cream on your way back. For dinner enjoy the nightlife and restaurants in the area, or head to Los Angeles or San Diego for some big city fun. Oceanside has it all.

The apartment itself sleeps 10 (but we only allow a maximum of 8 total guests) and is nicely decorated with plush leather couches, flat-screen TV, cable, wifi, dining room table, large table in the terrace, full set of kitchen utensils, dishes, and pots, small washing machine (large washing machine & dryer for pay in building), and a huge assortment of beach toys.

We are available 24/7 to help answer any questions and to provide help. We won't be on premise, but we know the area very well.

We visited Oceanside in 2011 and fell in love with the complex, the area, and the beach. We started coming down almost every month and renting. Our kids loved it so much and we enjoyed the quality family time so much that we decided to buy a place and come down even more frequently.

Our favorite part is the beach. Its truly amazing. In the morning the tide comes up right to the beach, but in the afternoon it goes down about 100 yards. The sand becomes firm and the kids love to run around exploring and digging up treasures. We have never seen a beach like it and can easily spend the entire week just sitting under our umbrellas watching the kids enjoy themselves like no where else.

This property is very old - obviously has not been renovated in 30 years. Blinds broken, screen busted out, towel bar ripped off the wall and not replaced, toaster broken, lamp shades falling off the lamps, main TV wouldn’t turn off unless we unplugged the cable box (now we understand why it was unplugged when we got there), and more. The location was great as advertised and the grounds of the complex were beautiful. The condo itself was extremely disappointing. I can’t imagine that the rave reviews were actually true.

Wonderful location for this 3 bedroom condo. The bunk room was spacious and the kids loved trying the top bunk! The balcony was great for viewing the ocean and the pool. We loved the grounds and our 8 year old grandson was sure we were in Jurassic Park. They loved feeding the fish, and our 13 month old loved running the length of the hallway! The kids enjoyed the various spaces this condo provided, as well as their own private TV. Mom and dad appreciated their upstairs suite with their private TV as well. We had a wonderful time at North Coast Village and cannot wait to come back. Thank you so much for supplying a baby gate. It was a lifesaver!

Great weekend escape

This was a great weekend escape for our family of eight. There was so much room, and everything was well maintained and clean. You CANNOT beat this location. It was perfect and had so much to do that we will need to come back to utilize all the fun! The kids keep asking when we are going back! Thanks for a great stay!

Excellent Accommodations

Wonderful condo unit, very spacious and comfortable. Offered plenty of amenities. We loved the large outdoor heated swimming pool and the extra large hot tub. The grounds were beautifully maintained with lovely Christmas lights all over. There is security walking around in the evening, very helpful with questions and made us feel safe. We used the outdoor grill 2x, very convenient for grilling burgers and chicken. This condo is right o the beach, GREAT LOCATION!!!!

Great location!

We love North Coast Village! The location of this condo was great- we had a view of the ocean and beautiful gardens, and it was a short walk down to the beach. The three bedrooms were spacious enough for all our group. The weather was great and we enjoyed our trip. Definitely would recommend!

Fantastic Condo with lots of amenities

The walk to the beach was short. All beach gear was provided - chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys. Well stocked kitchen! We had an amazing stay!

Great property for a large group of friendd

Super location, lots of space . 2 balconies to enjoy the Sun snd the sunsets. Bonus was the chairs to take to the beach. For families, lots of beach toys too! Beds were very comfortable. We really appreciated having our own washer and dryer. Also enjoyed the hot tub tgat can accommodate lots of guests!

Great time

My family of 6 (4 kids) and my parents had a great time at this property. We love, love this HOA and are always excited when there's an opening in one of the buildings. We utilize the putting green, the foosball table and the BBQ and swimming pool in the common areas. Being able to walk to the beach is a huge plus, and a short drive to Legoland are what we love most. The unit itself was good too. The bunk beds were a big hit with the kids. I was satisfied with the cleanliness! Thank you for a great stay!

Very Enjoyable Stay

Our family very much enjoyed our stay at the property. The location is great, right on the beach, and the grounds are well maintained, the pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids. The apartment had lots of space for our 5 adult & 2 kids group. It's an older apartment but is well maintained and equipped with great stuff for days on the beach. There's 1 assigned parking spot, we had 2 cars so second car has to use guest parking and be moved every 24 hours, the property is strict on this so be aware.

Very large condo!

This condo was perfect for our quick trip to the beach! For a large party of 9 it was perfect for our needs. Quick beach access, fast check in and east parking. We found the condo very clean and there are plenty of chairs nand an umbrella for your use. We loved jumping into the pool or hot tub in the evenings and enjoyed the other amenities on the property. The owner was quick to respond to any question before arrival and very easy to work with.

Time with extended family - priceless

Three generations of family met here for a long weekend and first time experience at the beach and the ocean for 3 little boys under 5. We had so much fun on the beach, chasing waves and digging in the sand. The walking access to beaches, pools, restaurants, and playgrounds made for a relaxing stay. Everyone was very helpful answering questions, providing everything we needed. This uninterrupted time with family was treasured.

Excellent!

The location of the property is ideal! We traveled with a group of 8 (2 were our 76 year old mothers) to visit our sons. We had plenty of room and enjoyed the fact that we could cook instead of eating out every night. We were able to enjoy the pool and the hot tub. The washer and dryer we a huge bonus to us also as we had our 15 month old granddaughter visit as well as traveling with special needs children. There is always laundry when you combine that many people. The security of the property was exceptional!

Perfect stay

Our stay in Oceanside was perfect. The condo was exactly as described and pictured. Actually the facility was better than pictured. The gym has a cardio area and a decent weight room with a large cable set up, plenty of machines to hit whole body and dumbbells up to 50lbs. No barbells- but we didn't expect that. Beach access is super easy (both sides of the complex) and the pier is less than a mile walk from the condo complex. The pool/spa/walkways are gorgeous and really filled in with tropical plants and trees. Mighty Tree was absolutely on the ball with communication. Planning on rebooking for the exact condo again!

Communication with the property management was great

First, the communication with the property management was great. They were proactive, informative and responsive. The home was just as described. Clean, neat and had everything we needed including an ocean view! There were 3 bedrooms with comfortable mattresses (esp the twins!) It was warm when we arrived but once we opened up the windows and ran the portable air conditioner it was quite comfortable. For us the ability to sleep with the sliding door open to hear the ocaen and take in the breeze was a nice plus! The amenities were nice and well maintained, the beack and harbor were within walking distance. No night life however. But in just nearby Carlsbad were plenty of shops, restaurants, coffee and ice cream! And freeway access was close. Beware, CA traffic though! If you are looking for an affordable option for a family getaway, close to the water and local attractions, this is it!

Great location - great layout and very clean.

We have stayed at this property before and it is a great location and complex. The layout of this unit is perfect for a family. The one room had 2 bunkbeds with additional pullouts underneath for up to 6 kids, with lots of room for their stuff. The other room downstairs had a queen bed. The upstairs was very nice with an additional deck, bigger than the one downstairs, with a king bed and its own bathroom. Overall the layout and unit was very good and suited what we were looking for perfectly. (2 kids, 2 parents, 1 grandparent). The unit was very clean but just a little dated. This was fine for us as we didn't feel like we were walking on egg shells. There were beach towels, a nice beach bag to carry them and beach toys, chairs and boogieboards. The only 2 complaints I would have is 1) the curtains in the upstairs bedroom were very thin and too small for the window they were trying to cover which made them basically non-existent 2) there was no laundry detergent in the unit to do a load of laundry. But overall this unit was great and we would rent it again.

We loved this property. Amazing floor plan for our family. The grounds make you feel like you are in a tropical location. Close proximity to restaurants and shops. The beach is literally outside the gates. My grand kids loved the pool, Koi pond, and Monarch butterfly area on the property.
