Thanks Dale for a big affordable place for our big group! We stayed in all 3 units at this property. The top two units were perfect for 4 couples, 2 couples in each unit. Each couple had their own bedroom and shared a bathroom and a kitchen. The bathrooms had some nice items for us to use. Plenty of onsite parking. We put all the teenagers in the big downstairs unit. There was a large room with 7 Queen beds we put the boys in, and a large room with 6 Queen beds for the girls. The downstairs unit had a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The downstairs unit also had large cookware that was good for our big group, and extra tables and chairs that were useful. The downstairs unit was totally separate, but the teens did just fine. The private dock across the street is the highlight of the property. It’s a busy road to cross, but we found most drivers to be considerate. It was much easier walking our paddle boards across the street than loading up cars. We rented jet skis nearby, and drove them to the dock. We were able to do a day trip to Glacier National park from this property, and enjoyed the town of Polson. We Would recommend this place to large groups looking for an affordable place to stay that’s right by the water!

Thank you for such a very nice review. Appreciate it very much. Wish the best for you and your family and friends.
We had all 3 units for my family of about 30-.The upstairs condos are just wonderful with a huge deck where you can view the snow capped mountains from the Missions all the way up to Glacier National Park on a clear day. Nice short walk to town for any and all needs.Owner Dale is a great guy and spot on with communication. First night we had a small hiccup with the ac units downstairs and he responded promptly and took care of the issue.I would highly recommend this property for large groups. The amount of money you will save versus renting motel rooms for large groups will pay for several meals and or lake entertainment.
Tips for big families: The upstairs condos were immaculate with gorgeous views, newly remodeled kitchens, and solid air conditioning. The downstairs condo was adequate but not as nice as the upstairs and a couple of hiccups. The only stairs are outside.FYI, the downstairs condo has beds for 25-30 people but only two bathrooms, both of which are stall showers and no tub. So little kids would need to go to an upstairs condo to take a bath. And we needed to send some adults to the upstairs condos as well to shower, there just weren’t enough facilities down stairs for all of the people. Toilets got clogged a few times and required plunging. The problem we ran into was there was not anywhere that the 35 people family reunion could really congregate. The downstairs kitchen could hold half of us and the hallway space could hold the other half (there’s not really a living room). And the downstairs air conditioning couldn’t keep up with cooking in the kitchen and all of the bodies downstairs, so it got overly warm but it was also July.I’m my opinion it would be better for the property owner to turn the front bedroom with the windows into a living room with all of the couches that are stuffed into corners throughout the downstairs moved into there. There was a ping pong room that we didn’t feel like we could use with little kids around because of some storage and a fire door. So all in all the downstairs wasn’t really what we had hoped for the family reunion, but we made it work.
Our large group rented two upstairs condos and the large downstairs space. It was perfect for our large family reunion. The condos were well-kept and comfortable, and the downstairs great for sleeping many people. Dale, the manager, was responsive and prompt, helping make sure we were well-supplied and comfortable. The location was great, near stores and parks. We especially enjoyed the views of the lake across the street, and the private dock for enjoying the lake. Great place to stay. Highly recommend.
21 Family members converged here for boating, kayaking, swimming, and skiing. The upstairs units were exactly as described, and very nice. The owner was very accommodating and responsive to our needs.
I manage the building for myself and a group of friends. My background is that I am a Montana native that grew up in Missoula. I attended Arizona State University, receiving an accounting degree, and received my MBA from the University of Montana. A serial entrepreneur, I've started or been involved in over 26 businesses. These included working for the world's largest accounting firm for their office in Lusaka, Zambia; one of 8 Americans involved in a Tier 1 pro tennis tournament in Moscow, Russia; owned a game processing plant in Montana; owned a large landscape business in Vail, Colorado; and taught entrepreneurship at the college in Missoula. I love Montana and am a great source for what to do when you are here on vacation.
