-Close and lock all windows -Please leave HVAC off. If you have closed any AC vent, please open them back up. -Would you please let me know what time you plan on checking out?

This spot was wonderful! It is as described and all instructions were clearly provided. The host is responsive, helpful without hovering; the host helped us promptly with the few questions we had, such as parking accommodations:)The unit is spacious, the kitchen well equipped, the washing machine works well and is easily accessible. Amenities for bathroom, kitchen and cleaning items are all available. The unit is located close to churches, restaurants, Costco and more. The Sunday Farmers Market just down the block was a nice surprise! Thank you!

Excellent base for LA area exploration

Well provisioned, comfortable and in a great location for LA sightseeing. Easy walk to restaurants and the Alhambra Farmers market. Host is very responsive but not much is needed because the condo has everything.

Great Place to stay

The apartment was as described and filled with everything one could need. It is secure with entry control and it has gated parking! It's quiet too. I will stay here for my next trip to LA in April if it is available... Rita was an excellent communicator and very flexible with my emergency request for an additional nights stay.

Just Right!

This was the third time we have stayed in Rita's place. The condo is very clean, in a convenient location, quiet, and spacious. We love it! Rita is always easy to contact, and she is very kind and happy to answer any questions; although we had few questions because precise information was readily available on the site and inside the unit. We had a great time. It was perfect!

Alhambra rental

Great rental close to Alhambra and Pasadena. Rental well appointed and ad pictured. Rita was responsive and easy to communicate with. Great walkable neighborhood.

Great Apartment!

The apartment was perfect for our trip! It was located next to shopping, and dining, so we could walk to get whatever we needed. Most importantly, Rita is a wonderful hostess - she made sure everything went smoothly. We will definitely stay there again.

Outstanding in every way

We’ve stayed at this property 4 times. It’s a great condo and really safe, fun neighborhood convenient to many other parts of LA. The owner Rita is incredibly responsive. The condo is well equipped and comfortable with indoor parking and a quick elevator. We’re already booked for our next stay.

Spectacular condo in Alhambra

We had a wonderful stay at the condo in Alhambra. It is located close to many restaurants and stores. The condo has comfortable beds and has everything you need.The communication was prompt. I highly recommend this place.

Comfortable stay in greater LA area

We enjoyed staying at this well-stocked condo as a central location for the different places we visited in the greater LA area. The Murphy bed worked well for our adult son, while the 2 bathrooms helped everyone get ready in the mornings. Rita’s communications with us were clear and we felt welcome. I would be happy to stay there again.

Visiting our daughter in Alhambra

We stayed here to visit our daughter who is attending school in LA. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Host communicated well. Location is amazing! An easy walk to restaurants and Starbucks for my morning coffee:) We would definitely stay here again.

Delightful cozy condo in great neighborhood

Recently I had the pleasure of staying at Rita's condo in Alhambra for a week. The stay was perfect. The condo felt cozy and comfortable and full of character. It was like I was staying at a friend's home and not a cold hotel room. The surrounding area was full of places to shop and eat out too. I highly recommend staying there and look forward to another stay next time I'm in the area. Thank you Rita for the delightful condo.

The accommodations were all that we expected and more. Quiet area. Very clean. The price was very reasonable and the property was stocked with everything we needed. The bed is very comfortable. Great stay at this clean condo

I often rent this place for my friends and family visiting from out of the country. Always a pleasant experience with the the whole renting process and the condo is very clean and the location is super convenient. Rita is always reachable whenever we have questions. Will definitely rent it again.
