TIEGEZH - Maison familiale Carantec

Ideal for a family stay, the Tiegezh house will charm you with its many assets. Fully equipped, it offers 4 bedrooms, including 1 on the first floor, and a garden with a south-facing terrace. It's in a quiet location, close to the beach and town center (within walking distance). Tiegezh is a new, fully-equipped 135 m² house, located at the end of a small cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood.

The accommodation comprises

First floor
- Cosy living room with bay window overlooking the garden
- A fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, cooking utensils, electric griddle, coffee maker, kettle, microwave...).
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200)
- A shower room (Italian shower) and WC.

First floor
- Three bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom (bathtub), and toilet.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200)
- One bedroom with king-size bed (180x200: 2 single beds in one)
- A final bedroom with 2 single beds 90 (can also be combined into a double bed on prior request).

Exterior:
The garden features a terrace with dining table. South-facing.

Neighborhood:
Quiet neighborhood, close to the center and beaches. The village and beaches are just a few minutes' walk away.

- The train station is 15km away, in Morlaix.
- Parking for up to 3 cars in front of the house.

Have stayed in properties before where things are cheap and cheerfully chucked into a property, used and looked pretty tatty. Not here, everything little detail was thought of, salt and pepper, oil, coffee, tea, cling film, deckchairs, bikes. Just superb. Can’t wait to book again. Thank you for having us. 🙁 Wasn’t long enough!!! Constructive criticism, if any has to be made and that is some attention needed to the weeds on the drive!!"

Tiegezh "Logement très fonctionnel, idéal pour se retrouver en famille ou entre amis. Grand jardin avec mobilier, grand parking. On a découvert que Carantec était une ville avec beaucoup de dénivelé. Pour aller au marché pas de problème par contre pour aller à la plage il faut pouvoir remonter !!! On aurait aimé d’infos de locaux avant pour préparer notre séjour mais on nous a renvoyé vers l’office de tourisme."

Tiegezh Un bémol cependant : le fait que les draps et les serviettes de toilette ne soient pas inclus dans le montant de la location. le prix demandé pour qu'ils soient fournis est beaucoup trop élevé. de plus comme les dimensions des lits ne sont pas standard vous n'avez pas nécessairement les bons draps chez vous. avec la location des draps et serviettes le logement devient trop cher.
