This duplex, located 2 steps from Beaumer beach (100m) and Men Du, offers you a beautiful living room renovated in 2017 -2018 with fitted kitchen area (vitro hob, washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge , toaster, senseo coffee maker).
There is a bunk bed for 2 children at the entrance and a double bed upstairs.
You can enjoy the sofa (not convertible), TV, board games
Terrace area with 4-seater garden furniture
WC and SdeB with shower and heating.
No smoking, pets not allowed
