This stunningly beautiful quiet heritage home with all modern amenities is steps away from ocean strolls on Dallas Rd. and just a three minute walk to all your shopping needs, including a large grocery store, bank, restaurants, pharmacy, liquor store etc, or a ten minute stroll to the inner harbour and downtown Victoria. For a winter get-away or a place to stay while you enjoy Victoria in any season, it is a very tastefully decorated, and well equipped. A premium rental location at a very fair monthly rate. It offers high ceilings throughout with new bedroom furnishings, a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom, a spacious comfortable living room with a gas fire place and a break front picture window view of the beautiful garden.

Beautiful home and welcoming hosts
My experience staying here was excellent in all regards—the space was clean and beautifully maintained, hosts were very welcoming and responsive to any questions and the location is very central and close to the ocean!

Why they chose this property

As a stunning home with heritage significance, it was a beautifully maintained building that deserved to be fondled both inside and out, and we are the people to want to do that.

What makes this property unique

Eva always said she wanted to be located no more than three minutes walk away from buying milk. We are so well located that a car is not a necessity for all amenities, and we have one of the most stunningly beautiful walks along the ocean, just steps away.
