This condo features modern furnishings, tile, and decor. The living area and primary bedroom lead to the relaxing balcony, with an uninterrupted view of the Gulf of Mexico. The full kitchen boasts a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the dishes, pots, and utensils needed to prepare a delicious meal for the whole group. Serve dinner at the cozy dining table or the breakfast bar. There is a TV and DVD player in the living room and one in each bedroom, so everyone can watch their favorite shows simultaneously! Spend the day outside at the pool or the beach lounging.

There is ongoing construction occurring on the ground floor. No amenities are affected, but noise such as hammering may be audible. The work typically occurs Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. The construction is almost finished, but there isn't an exact end date.
Beach service is not included. Beach chairs are available to rent with the vendor on the beach.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
