The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Breathtaking views!

Our family had a great time at Tidewater! Our condo was great! The view from our balcony on the 29th floor was breathtaking & amazing! Being right on the beach was a dream. We definitely will be back to stay again!

A great getaway

This unit was a little smaller than the one we usually stay in (which was already booked because we waited until the last minute to make our fall break reservation), but certainly comfortable and enjoyable! The tub was very slow to drain, and I missed a cutting board and a decent knife set in the kitchen, but all in all, we had a great time during our 5-night stay here. Views of the gulf are gorgeous. Elevator waits were slow at times, but nothing we weren't prepared for after prior visits. NOBODY was wearing masks in common spaces and elevators but my son and I.
