There's NOTHING Luxurious Here

This apartment has potential but it is in no way luxurious. My issues:1. The property is for sale and has a mold issue in the bathroom that is not being addressed. The finishes are not appealing either. This place is like a Motel 8.2. It's in walking distance to Zona Colonial but there is a main road that is to dangerous to cross.3. The owner does not give access to the entire apartment and but this is what vrbo advertises and is not enforcing.4. The owner is messaging me to clean the apartment before I leave. Didn't understand this since there is a cleaning fee in the booking.5. At night after 11pm it was noisy lots of yelling and screaming.Renter BEWARE.

Ok. Here is my honest review. Im giving 5 stars based solely on the host and the inside of the home. Host: Yudelka would be the ONLY reason why I would come back. She was extremely responsive, made sure everything was smooth and was so caring. She always answered in a timely manner. She is an Amazing Host. Pool: NEVER GOT TO USE IT. There were adults drinking and being obnoxious and with me having young children, I decided not to risk it. The pool is very very small. It was also very dirty near the pool as well. Check in: check in was perfect. As I stated host was amazing. The inside: Inside of the home was very clean, water was decently warm and rooms were very clean. There are some very small ants but tis the season. Washer and dryer worked perfectly. Cleaning crew was amazingly nice. So attentive. Shops/Rio/Beaches: Not far at all from either. Is about 5-10 min drive depending on how you drive. Garage: There is parking in the garage and it does have a strong smell. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you again to our host Yudelka and the cleaning crew.
