This poolside getaway located in a beautiful gated community and is perfect for your next family vacation or retreat with friends! The high ceilings, bright interior, and spacious bedrooms enable up to eight guests to spread out and enjoy this elegant home to the fullest. This home also has a luxurious living space, inviting private deck, modern dining room, upscale fully equipped kitchen and laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Spend a day by the shared pool or access the beach via a path located on-site and soak up some Florida sun. When everyone has had their fill of adventure for the day, regroup for a movie on the flatscreen TV or reminisce over a bottle of wine at the accommodating dining table.

This vacation rental sits within ten miles of several popular attractions including the 30A Songwriters Festival, Seaside Amphitheater, and Seeing Red Wine Festival! 30A Pedego Electric Bike Rental is also nearby, so rent a few bicycles and cruise along the coast to find some of your own favorite hangouts. Deer Lake State Park has an extensive trail system for a day of hiking and exploring the Florida landscape.

Fantastic Place!

This was our 4th time staying at A102. The condo is always clean, it’s very nice and welcoming. Restaurants and activities are all very close and that’s a big plus. The beach is always great and well kept. We can’t wait to go back next year.

We love One Seagrove Place!

We have been coming down to Seagrove Beach for 15+ years and have always stayed at One Seagrove Place. It used to be our own little secret, but am not surprised that there are more folks finding out about this great location!

The unit is spacious, clean and has a stocked kitchen and is very convenient to the pool. The beach requires a key card or doesn't allow tents or music at a reasonable volume.

Best beach for the price!

If you want a private beach on a budget, this is the place. The condo is great, but the short walk to the private beach is what makes it five stars. Our family loves that every bedroom has its own bathroom and the living and kitchen areas are open and airy. This was by far the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in on 30A. If I could give two areas for improvement it would be to get softer towels and washcloths, and the washing machine did leave some grease on our clothes. Other than that, this is the BEST rental on 30A that I have had in ten years.

Great location

We have stayed at One Seagrove Place before and we are very happy with the building, location, and staff. Everything in the building is well-maintained. This unit is fine and has everything you need and plenty of towels. However, if you don’t enjoy an extremely firm mattress you won’t enjoy sleeping here. It honestly was one of the worst mattresses I’ve slept on. At least the beach, the ocean, and the weather was fabulous.

Family vacation 5/26/22

The villa is beautifully decorated as pictured. The 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, nicely accommodated our family. It was very spacious yet cozy for our gatherings. Only disappointment was not enough dishes with covers in the kitchen to hold our leftovers as we did a lot of cooking. The area is upscale and still growing as construction was taking place on the lot next to us but did not cause a disturbance during our stay. The residents we encountered were very friendly. We would stay again.

Absolutely loved this condo!

We loved the feel of the condo it was very homey and spacious! The beds were very comfortable and there is plenty of room for the whole family to stay! We had a great stay minus having to work on vacation the Wifi isn't the best. Signal in the 30A area in general is very spotty. Great condo and we would book again!! Thanks for having us!

The walk to the beach was shaded which is nice. There is only 1 key card for beach access which is very inconvenient. The bunk room is tight. Overall good condo. We enjoyed our stay

Wifi terrible, cookware terrible, basic needs in very short supply

Wifi is terrible! My husband needed to work and had to walk around the unit and outside to get service. Would kick you off and on. They did come to fix, but it was still not good. Couldn’t use the cookware at all! So cheap and everything stuck no matter what. Barely any toilet paper and the garbage bags shredded if you touched them. Spend a little more and buy supplies that aren’t so cheap. No hand soap and the bar soap was tiny. It’s a beautiful unit but lack of attention to the small things are what could set it apart and unfortunately, that did not happen. I probably would choose something similar with hopes that the little things would be much better

Great home!

We stayed for three night. The home looks exactly as in the photos. It was actually more spacious than it looked and was very comfortable. Everything we needed was in the kitchen. Private beach was a short walk and very nice.
