Here on the western shores of Panama City Beach, you'll be treated to 14th-floor views, free seasonal beach service, and on-site facilities that include multiple swimming pools, hot tubs, a 4,300-square-foot fitness center, an arcade, and a movie theater.

Walk three-quarters of a mile east to Pier Park, which is home to over 100 stores, a variety of restaurants, an IMAX movie theater, the Panama City Beach Skywheel, and the Aaron Bessant Amphitheater. Stroll along the Russell-Fields Pier at sunrise or sunset (three-quarters of a mile east), mingle with marine life at Gulf World (one mile east), or tee off at the Signal Hill Golf Course (six miles east).

Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Property was clean. Property is in need of updating. View was excellent. Overall very good. Would definitely stay again. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful view, room stunk and broke fans

Room and view was nice, the property itself is rundown and dated. The condo was nice overall. I however will be very cautious about going through vacasa. We emailed them a week before our trip about previous reviews that stated fans did not work and other items not up to par in the condo. We were assured they had been addressed, but however when we arrived the fans where still broken, the room stunk of weed and women’s undergarments left thrown in the hall closet! Short story is that vacasa sends the same email about sorry and we will email properly manager to address issues…. Blah, they came and got the women’s under garments but other than that the fans never fixed. Also the smell of weed in this building is awful! Room stunk of it and woke up every morning to it all around. Stray cats are fed by the walk way is not appealing at all and stunk not really want I want see when I’m going to the beach is stray cats and food bowls left out for them. Not my favorite spot in Florida, this building has huge potential…..

Wont be back

We will not stay at Tidewater beach resort again, or in this unit. As soon as we got there, took 45 min to get an elevator. Get to the room, no sofa sleeper as listed, sound on the tvs doesnt work, lights and fans not working, can barely get them balcony door open. Several elevators broke down during our stay, making it 10x worse. At one point the water in our unit completely went out....nothing coming from any faucets. We were down one whole bed (sofa sleeper) and nothing was done to help or fix it. Super glad we brought an airmattress
