Summary of the Bedrooms:

• The Master Suite: This special space provides elegance beyond expectations. It has a quality king-size bed and a bay window overlooking the beach, an ensuite bath with a large garden tub and shower, large 50-inch HD TV inside the armoire, a large walk-in closet, a private door accessing the wrap-around balcony, blackout privacy curtains. The pure white walls contrast beautifully with the color of the sea outside and the driftwood wall hanging completes the serenity of this beautiful room for the couple's retreat.

• The Family Suite: This suite is perfect for a younger couple with children. It has a high-quality queen-size bed that's 100% clean & fresh because we use triple-sheet bedding instead of comforters. This suite has a full-size over full-size bunk bed. Two children can safely ascend to the top bunk for a cozy night of sleep with our easy access staircase and handrails. The stair steps are also drawers and there are drawers under the bottom bunk for the storage of your children's clothing. This room sleeps up to 6 people.

• The Queen Suite: Queen-size high-quality bed that's 100% clean & fresh because we use triple-sheet bedding instead of comforters. Compare with other condos. If they have a comforter on the bed chances are it hasn't been cleaned in weeks, or longer. This suite has a beach and town view window (facing west), an ensuite bathroom, and a large 55-inch TV mounted on the wall. It's perfect for couples or a senior guest.

• The Bunk Room: A double-size bunk bed on top and bottom. This room has plenty of storage in the large dresser. There's also a 32 inch SMART Roku TV on the wall. It's mounted up high on the wall to be easily viewable from the top and bottom bunk.

The kitchen is well stocked with quality appliances, no mess glass top cooking range, KitchenAid Mixer, two large crockpots, large electric grill, plenty of pots and pans, a Ninja Blender, Keurig Coffee maker, a Mr. Coffee, quality cutlery, pantry closet, etc. Everything needed to cook for a large family or group if needed.

Tidewater Beach Resort has everything to make your vacation dreams come true. The property has two 4,200 square foot outdoor lagoon pools with hot tubs, a heated indoor pool, a 4,300 square foot state-of-the-art fitness center with Roman Spa, steam room and sauna, a theater-style movie/media center, a game arcade, restaurant, coffee shop, and tiki bar. Tidewater Beach Resort Guest Rules and Regulations:

In order to ensure a pleasant and safe stay for all our guests, we ask that you adhere to the following rules while staying with us.

NO ACCESS TO RESORT WITHOUT PROPER ID WRISTBAND.

REGISTRATION FEE:

Every unit rental reservation must register and a pay registration fee with Tidewater Resort. You will do this directly through the Resort prior to your stay. The registration fee is $60 per stay.

RESORT:

Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the resort.

Minimum age requirement for renting at resort is 25 years of age.

One 25 year must be staying in unit for every 2 guest who are under 25 years of age.

Quiet hours are enforced between 10 P.M. and 10 A.M

Please refrain from any activity that would disturb others during quiet hours. Noise must not exceed a reasonable volume or be heard outside your unit. Music is not allowed in common areas.

Must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol on property.

“Funneling” of alcohol in public is prohibited.
Water balloon slingshots, water balloon throwing is prohibited and will result in evictions/or fines for owner of unit.

Skateboarding, rollerblading, hover-boarding and skating are not allowed on property.

Throwing or dropping of any item from balcony and walkways is prohibited, will result in eviction/or fines for owner of unit.

Nudity or indecent exposure, in any public or common area at resort, including any area exposed to public view is not allowed. * Violators may be prosecuted.

Fireworks and laser pointers are prohibited on resort property.

Feeding birds is prohibited on resort property.

Climbing or leaning over railing will result in eviction and/or fines for owners.

All items are Prohibited from being hung on: balconies, walkways and windows.

The use of any type of grill and hibachi is forbidden. May result in eviction and/or owner fines. Grills are provided on front of resort on the east side.

Vandalizing or destroying property will result in eviction and prosecution for damages.
