This beautiful 2nd floor condo is a great place for your family to enjoy vacationing right on the PRIVATE Coral Reef Club Beach. . Located on Scenic Gulf Drive, next to the Henderson Park Inn, it’s a low-density, family-friendly resort (only 3 stories which means fewer people on the beach!) Your rental also includes 2 beach chairs and an umbrella set up on the beach for you each day from March to October.

LIVING AREA
In our main living area we have two sliding glass doors with draperies framing AMAZING beach views. This area is thoughtfully decorated for beach-side living with plenty of brand new seating, including a sleeper sofa and additional chairs. You’ll want to gather here to enjoy the view or perhaps catch an evening movie on TV. It’s open to the updated kitchen and dining area making it a great spot to relax while on vacation.

BALCONY
The balcony is likely where you’ll spend a fair amount of time, perhaps to enjoy your morning coffee, have an evening cocktail or just lounge all day watching the dolphins frolic in the water. It's great to enjoy the sea breezes and ocean views from here. Because the building faces directly south, you can easily see the beautiful sunrise to the east and breathtaking sunsets to the west. You may also catch a glimpse of dolphins too!

FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN and DINING AREA
You’ll love preparing your favorite meals in our beautifully updated kitchen - and you can enjoy ocean views while you work! Our kitchen features all new granite counters, and stainless steel appliances. We, of course, have equipped the kitchen with all the necessities such as a dishwasher, Keuirg coffee maker, toaster, microwave, blender, ample plates, glasses, cookware (stainless pots & pans, non-stick skillet) and kitchen utensils.
The dining space will seat 4, with room for more at the brand new kitchen bar area.

KING MASTER WITH ATTACHED BATH
The Master suite has a King size bed with beautiful quilt, Egyptian cotton sheets, nightstands, reading lamps, dresser, and flat screen TV. The attached bathroom features a commode, vanity with sink, and a shared Jack-and-Jill style shower room with a tub/shower combination unit. The washer and dryer are conveniently located here too. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer and large fluffy bath towels.

BUNK AREA
For the children, we have built-in bunk beds in the hallway with comfy quilts and super-soft cotton sheets. They’ll love being tucked into this cozy space! There is a door in the hallway so you can put the children to bed and not disturb them while you are still enjoying the living area and kitchen.

HALF BATH
There is a beautifully updated half bath accessible from the hallway with a commode and a sink which is attached Jack-and-Jill style to the tub/shower room adjacent to the master bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer and large fluffy bath towels.

OTHER FEATURES INCLUDED
You will be pleasantly surprised by all the extras in our home that you would not normally find in a rental unit. For our smallest guests, we have a porta-crib and a high chair. And of course, it goes without saying; you will love the white sand Destin beach that is just outside your door! Also, for your convenience, we have a washer and dryer, and an iron and full-size ironing board. And if you would like to keep up with friends, family or work while you are away, we provide high-speed internet and FREE WIFI. The shared charcoal grills are near the beach too - makes it oh-so-easy to prepare meals and still be part of the fun at the beach.
