The perfect location in Destin. Crystal Villas is located in the quiet section of Destin and is one of the limited properties directly on the beach. In order to get there, you do not have to travel down Highway 98, which is under construction and traffic is a nightmare.
* Crystal Villas has a PRIVATE BEACH! Therefore, you do not have the frustrating parking issue that people face when they choose a property off the beach or with a "beach view."
This condo comes with top of the line furnishings, linens, decorations, and all of the other "extras." The condo includes a variety of beach toys, unique games, current books, DVD's, and a "Smart TV." When it comes time to turn in, the King Size Marriott Bed an award-winning bedding, guarantees you a good night's sleep. There are built in bunk beds for additional sleeping, which are actually very comfortable.
This condo is located on the second floor, which means you have the glorious views that the first floor does not offer and you only have one flight of stairs to carry luggage up, whereas the walk to the condos on the 3rd floor can be a long haul.
Not only is the beach right on your doorstep, a myriad of eating, shopping and entertainment options are within easy walking or driving distance. If you want to mix in some activities with your relaxation there are plenty of options, including Dolphin Cruises, Deep Sea Fishing trips and a variety of water sports. You can take a stroll down Scenic Highway 98 or head east by car along the coast to the quaint beachside communities of Seagrove, Seaside and Rosemary Beach. At night, you can walk and enjoy drinks on the terrace of 790 On The Gulf or check out one of the many local beachside restaurants. Crystal Villas is located within 1000 feet of Henderson Beach State Park and is also within walking distance of Destin Commons where there is a state of the art movie theater, bowling alley, and upscale shopping. It is a short drive to Golf Courses, Water Parks and one of the largest outlet malls in Florida. The perfect location is what sets this condo apart from many others in the Destin area.
