This retreat has been recently updated with new flooring throughout, window blinds, lighting fixtures, living room furniture, and additional wall decorations! The balcony view of the Gulf of Mexico is absolutely stunning and the white sand can be accessed just steps away from the shared pool area of the complex. Bring the whole family on this special vacation, as this condo can accommodate up to eight guests! Plus, the full kitchen has spacious countertops and modern appliances to make mealtimes as convenient as possible. In the evenings, step out to the furnished balcony with a glass of wine or draw a bath in the master bedroom for some serenity. Everyone will be able to find their own piece of paradise in this unforgettable getaway.

There is something for everyone in Panama City. If you have had your fill of the beach for the day, head over to Pier Park to update the wardrobe or grab a new swimsuit, as there is a wide array of your favorite shops available. After a long day, you have probably built up an appetite, so indulge in a bit of local cuisine at one of the many restaurants on the beach. For a few family-oriented activities, Gulf World, Swampy Jack's Wongo Adventure, and Hidden Lagoon Super Racetrack and Golf are all local favorites. As an added perk, beach service is offered between March and October with two chairs and an umbrella (however, we're unable to offer this for our long-term guests).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
