About this property

Simply the Best... Sunrise Beach!!!

Our unit is a non-smoking one bedroom, two bath, with a separate bunkroom. The unit is full of luxury upgrades. Sunrise Beach is one of the Premier Resorts on Panama City Beach. Come and experience this great resort.

Our unit is on the 23rd floor with a spectacular view of the emerald blue water and white sandy beaches. The gulf front master suite, with direct balcony access, has a queen-size bed and television. Draperies have a blackout lining.

The large master bathroom with a corner Jacuzzi garden tub has a separate shower and double vanities.

The bunkroom has two twin beds.

The guest bathroom is very spacious.

The kitchen is fully equipped: GE appliances, ice maker, pantry and beautiful granite countertops. You will experience all the conveniences of home. A full-size washer and dryer are located in the hallway.

The gulf front den is superior with direct balcony access, a queen-size sofa sleeper, 42” inch flat-screen smart television and wireless high-speed internet. The extra large balcony is great for relaxing and listening to the surf.

Sunrise has four levels of Gulf side parking, which is under the building. You will receive an e-mail from guest services to register for parking. You will pay $50.00 per vehicle online.

The pool, fitness center, and lobby are located on the fifth floor. Our large fitness center faces the Gulf, overlooking the pool deck, what a way to workout. The pool deck is located five stories above the beach with two large pools, (one is heated), two Jacuzzis, and a mushroom fountain for the kids. What an awesome view of the beach while relaxing at the pool!

We also have two gas grills on the deck of the walkway to the beach. This unit is awesome, what can we say...You must come and check it out for yourself.

Softball & Baseball: Frank Brown Park is located 1 mile from the complex.

Sharkey's Bar & Grill is within walking distance.

The condo’s and its location was great. Very close to a lot of things and the owners were very good/quick to respond to questions. We did have to go buy some essential items such as toilet paper, paper towels, aluminum foil, Saran Wrap, and liquid dish soap. We stayed for over a week, and let me tell you, two rolls of toilet paper for a family of 4 doesn’t last long. ;-) So if you stay here and plan to cook during your vacation, you will need to buy or bring some essentials.

Great space and location for a family. Balcony was spacious with a beautiful view. Enjoyed the pools and nearby restaurants. Could use a few minor updates like new bed sheets but overall we really enjoyed the condo.

The only good things were the new!

Communication was lacking with host for hours. Very dismissive. Sighting We all have personal issues and things come up but when it is a recurring theme from past reviews hard to believe this is the 1st time hearing my concerns. Condo was not clean. Dust all over table was not cleaned. Placemats had food on them. Trash behind the bed in master bedroom. Fabric softer sheets next to washer., crumbs all over end tables. No cleaning supplies only empty bottles left for us. Sheets looked dirty and old. Towels and washcloths were very old and only one for each person. Boogers on wall in bathroom. Half rolls of towel paper let in each bathroom, partial roll of paper towels left for us. Master bedroom bed was so uncomfortable and was hard to sleep in. The patio chairs were so uncomfortable and u could only sit in them for a few minutes each time.

Location was perfect! Several restaurants walkable. Beach and pool area top notch! Plan to shop for toiletries, etc…..given bare minimum of any sanitary items/cleaning items (two garbage bags and two rolls of toilet paper for 9 days). Hosts very responsive. Pool bracelets not available until weekdays…..

Panama Beach Condo

The location of this property is wonderful, right on the beach with a beautiful view of the gulf and sunsets. The patio is large and the pool is heated. The condo itself is quite dated. The mattresses are comfortable but the furniture is old and the pillows need replacing. Everything you need is supplied in the kitchen. Althought this is listed as a 2 bedroom condo, the second bedroom is extremely small, more like a small office. It has 2 small twin beds which are only 2 feet apart, and cannot be pushed together ,due to the configuration of the room. There is no closet or dresser, just a tiny night table. It is suitable for 2 small children, but definitely not adults. The master bedroom however is large with a good sized closet. I would highly recommend this for 2 people ,as the location and view are fantastic.

Best on the Beach

We have stayed many places over the years but this is one of the best. I love the pools on the 5th floor and the easy access parking with no walkover. We were on the 23rd floor and the view was spectacular. Everything was very comfortable and nicely decorated. Enough dishes/pots and pans to prepare full meals. The owners are very accommodating, as well. Hope to stay again!
