The fully-equipped kitchen offers beautiful granite countertops and all the utensils, appliances, and cookware needed to create your favorite chef-inspired meals while on vacation. The sights and sounds of the waves will wash your worries away on the balcony which provides a picture-perfect setting to sip on your morning coffee while watching the sun rise. If you're too tired, the shared hot tub and sauna have your back!

If you and your group don't fancy dining in your vacation rental and would like to try the local cuisine or dine just like a local would, you can find a couple of great restaurants nearby that include Buddy's Seafood Market only 0.6 miles away, Darrell's Hog Feathers Bar & Grill is a short 0.4 miles away, and The Back Porch Seafood & Oyster House is just a 0.6-mile walk. Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Summer Stay

The staff was extremely friendly and the check in was a breeze. We loved the tiki bar at the East pool and the food you can order from there was very tasty. The only thing we wished we had was more utensils to cook with and maybe a TV that could connect to the internet so we could watch online streaming but other than that it was perfect and we’d definitely stay again.

Great condo in a dated building

The condo and things the owner has control over is good. But the building feels rundown and the elevators are so terribly slow I had to take the stairs. Some better and more comfy deck furniture would make a big difference. I really appreciated having the fans.

The condo was breath taking. I’m hoping to book this same place next year. The place was clean, comfortable. The staff was polite and helpful. So please with the beach chairs and staff on the beach. Felt so safe there and so thankful for a wonderful trip

Highly Recommend! Great location!

Our stay was great! The place was GREAT! Two recommendations for improvement: Dishes/pot and pans: Almost every dish or pot/pan was dirty. You could tell they had been washed but not very good. Old food was stuck to them. Dryer: You had to run the dryer like 3 times to get the clothes completely dry. Lent trap was completely clean too!

Overall this condo is in a great location. Tidewater needs to completely replace the elevators. There was no reason for there to only be one elevator working to get to the parking deck. The condo was spacious and I loved the fact that the balcony was outside of the bedroom.

34th Anniversary Trip

Wife and I wanted a short getaway to celebrate our 34th anniversary- we hadn't been to PCB for quite sometime since moving and always enjoyed our stay at the Tidewater. We have never gone this time a year but we weren't disappointed. The condo model we enjoy the most is having the master right on the beach/deck where you can hear the waves crashing at night while sleeping. You could tell it was off season as we had the beach pretty much to ourselves, unfortunately the chair and umbrella service ends in October but we knew this ahead of time and had our own chairs. Of the course the elevators and parking were not an issue being it was not peak time. The bed was comfortable and the seating in the living was adequate. Just being on the beach was so relaxing and just what we needed. We will continue going back to the Tidewater as the value you get is well worth it.

Nice stay but minor improvements

The condo was nice. The place was clean and had things needed. It also had a nice view of the beach we were on the fourth floor. The only issues was the iron was broken we tried calling customer and they were like they didn’t have another iron so therefore we had to drive to walmart to buy one because we had reservations for my birthday dinner and needed to iron. The bed was sooo uncomfortable felt like spring mattress like we were sleeping on cots. The pillows were flat my back and neck hurt so bad the next morning. That was the only issues other than that they stay was alright. I’d come back just need more thicker blankets and better pillows on the bed

Elevator waiting time anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours. Elevator broke twice during stay Overpriced. No social distancing - could not sit in front of condo & feel safe Masks were required - Not enforced, Condo - floors sandy upon arrival - had to sweep.floor Condo - not very well equipped. Will not stay at this resort again.

Great Condo - Weak Property Management!

The condo was very clean, spacious, and a fantastic floor plan. There is absolutely nothing negative I can say related to the condo itself! But while we thoroughly enjoyed the stay, our experience with VACASA will make it very unlikely that we will ever consider another VACASA property again! Specifically-The condo was unoccupied for a week prior to our stay but when I requested an earlier check in than 4:00pm, I was told a flat “early check in is not available for this property”. I later received notice that “if the unit becomes available early, I would be notified via email / text on the morning of arrival”. I made a second request since the condo was still UNOCCUPIED and got the same response… We never received any notification the morning of arrival and arrived at the condo door at 3:45pm to find that the entry code was not yet functional. This wasn’t surprising, but after standing in the hallway with our luggage until 4:00pm - the code still work. I trekked down to the VACASA desk where I got the lady there to look up from her phone long enough to say “it sometimes takes a few minutes so just give it a little time” At 4:15pm I made a second trip to the VACASA desk, as we had still not gained entry. Again no assistance and said “just give it a little more time” - totally unacceptable! The door finally opened at 4:20pm… again unacceptable!

Nice View, and Met the Need

Room 415 appeared as pictured and met the needs of our family of 6. It was our first trip to PCB, and to the beach in general. Bring blankets; as the bedding is sheets and a cover layer as thin as a sheet. We were cold as weather was cold/rainy during the 1st half of our stay, and needed to borrow blankets for the beds from friends. Overall, the room is pleasant and roomy. We enjoyed having a full kitchen and washer/dryer in unit. Proximity to the stairs and lower floor is why we booked. Do not book at this resort if you need to utilize the elevator for yourselves or your belongings. It's generally unreliable, full, and expect to wait an average of 30 mins per ride. I wouldn't rent a luggage cart for any reason unless you keep that cart on floor 2, and use it to get from your vehicle to the closest stairs or elevator. People are easier to queeze into an elevator that the luggage carts. Yes, you can get lucky and have quick access, and just don't let that drive your main expectation. The view is beaufiful from the room, and having the extra long balcony and doors off the main area and master bedroom made was nice. The TVs have cable and are not internet capable. We brought a ROKU based on previous review, and didn't end up watching TV during our stay. The outdoor pools are not heated, and we knew this going in. The beach area and beach staff were nice; and as expected for a high rise. There are several resort bathrooms on the ground floor so you don't have to run to your room, as well as vending machines. Lots of good things, and as expected for a high rise facility with a lot of people. One thing to note is the pleasant front desk staff seemed disconnected from the room details more than the room number. The generic is "here is your band, you'll get a house code emailed from your host". This may be due to the multitude of hosts throughout the building, so you won't get the complete "hotel" type front desk experience here. Overall, it's a good value for the money. Also adding that I booked this room originally through VRBO, and after I saw it was a re-booking via VACASA, I canceled the VRBO and re-booked through VACASA directly got the same room for less $$.

The 4th floor location of the condo was a plus. You can use the stairs and not have to deal with the ever slow elevators. The MBR was on the beach side which was nice.

Elevator and Dishwasher

The elevator took too long to come which was pretty inconvenient sometimes and the dishwasher was pumping out water out of nowhere which caused water to leak everywhere in the kitchen everything was great except for those two things though those are just some things I suggest to take a look at.

Vacasa - Tidewater Resort

I love the Room 415 Beach Front 1 Bedroom that sleeps 6. The elevator’s ruined the entire 3 night stay vacation especially for the amount of money we paid. Early Check in policy need to be considered and accommodating especially when people are driving & flying in from all over the world and when the elevators are not operating properly.

Love Tidewater

I love tidewater but this unit needs a deep clean as well as some upgraded furniture. Seating for the living room is terrible and not enough of it. We had family in another unit and they had no place to sit when they came over. I really think it could use two couches. I would stay again if I saw the furniture had been updated.
