Great location!

Location was fantastic! Elevator though was broke the entire time we were there. Also wished they had heavier blankets for both the bed and pullout. The ones provided were paper thin!

Not the best

The location was perfect! Cute area, boutiques, food options, beach across the street. The condo itself left a lot to be desired. The pull out couch had no bedding available and was uncomfortable. The bed in the bedroom was so so. It felt a little dated and not clean. I would not come back to this particular unit but the area as a whole was great!

Excellent place but don’t count of watching any Netflix

I really like this place. Very convenient to everything I enjoy on 30A. It rained one day and wifey and I wanted to chill and watch some Netflix…both TVs in this unit would not even turn on!! Period! I’m not technically challenged so I don’t want to hear, “you don’t know how to use the remotes!”…none of these TV would power up. All I needed was a TV and a internet connection….couldn’t get it. They had 3 remotes in the den…THREE! Nothing would power up with any of the remotes. But the bed was comfortable and the hot water worked…
