A Ground Floor Ocean / Pool Front Condominium directly in front of the dock that takes you to some of the best Big Game Fishing and Wind Sports in the World.
Located on the Sea of Cortez in the small town of Los Barrilles B.C.S. just 40 minutes north of the Los Cabos (SJD) Airport.
A quaint, quiet, friendly and Safe community which has yet to be discovered by the rest of the world and is reminiscent of the Cabo San Lucas of the past before progress found it.
The Villas de Cortez 1106 is a beautiful 1200 sq. ft. master suite and is divided Into two main rooms,
The Great Room includes the living area and kitchen and the Master Bedroom.
Both have a separate bathroom with walk in showers.
The unit includes a washer and dryer which is located in the Guest bathroom.

The Local Smoke House will pick up your Fish at the dock and clean, fillet or smoke it and then vacuum seal your catch and have it boxed and ready for pick up the day of your departure.

We love the charm of the East Cape and the natural beauty of the Sea of Cortez and the surrounding desert.
The world class sport fishing is what originally brought us to discover this amazing place. Since then we have found so many other reasons to appreciate the area.
When we had an opportunity to purchase the Villas de Cortez 1106 we had a lot to learn about owning a property in another country. It was a tremendous learning curve for a few years. Fortunately it is fine tuned and running really well and we take pride in keeping it upgraded. We have great support with the relationships we have made over the years and the building has a very conscientious staff.
The people are really friendly and make you feel welcome and don't hesitate to say hello and make us feel welcome and part of the community.
The Sea of Cortez is really alive with wild life. We routinely see whales, dolphins, skates and rays jumping as we just sit at the pool just taking it all in. We really enjoy running around on ATV's and discovering what a new day will bring.
The food is an experience in itself. So many excellent places to eat authentic fresh prepared dishes. We really enjoy the look on the faces of the cooks and servers when they see the expressions we have when we start eating their offerings. They take pride in what they do. And we can tell you that we really appreciate their craft.
This is the place to have an extreme moment or the just lose track of what day it is.
The choice is yours.

What makes this property unique
Our Master suite is a ground floor unit with direct access just thru the back door to the Pool / Common Area and the best fine dining restaurants on the East Cape. The upper units require the task of hauling stuff up or down the stairs or waiting on the elevator which is inconvenient especially for seniors and kids.
The Hammock on the patio is a favorite. A good place to watch the boats return or see the sea life jump.
We have taken pride in providing upgraded furnishings and amenities and give attention to the small details to ensure our unit will be a memorable stay.
We don't hesitate to execute any required repairs that may be necessary.
The upgraded locks especially for the back door to the pool area gives our guests a peace of mind when they wonder around the grounds.
The unit has a 2 ton mini splits air conditioner for use in the winter month in the event the HOA may decide to conserves power by shutting off the building chillers.
The in room Wi-Fi keeps you away from hanging around the bar and using theirs.
