Norman house with swimming pool, billiards, ping-pong and table football

Hello everyone,

To decompress from everyday life, we suggest you rent our Norman house to take a breath of fresh air and recharge your batteries.

Our pretty 16th century Norman, with an area of ​​200 m2 composed of 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are adjoining upstairs, a swimming pool (overlooking the living room) and a large garden of 2700 m2 is located at 5 minutes from Evreux or 1 hour 15 from Paris.

You will take full advantage of its double cathedral living room with an area of ​​70 m2, including the living room and the dining room (the table on which you take your meals is a billiard table). After your meal, you can play a game of table football or go for a swim in the pool and then warm up by the fireside.

For your bottles, put them in our pretty wine cellar located in the dining room.

The closed kitchen is fully equipped (gas cooker, dishwasher, microwave and built-in fryer).
We provide household linen (bed linen (disposable), hand, bath and pool towels).

We also provide you with:
- Coffee (capsules and ground), tea, chocolate, jam, (all you have to do is go to the Claville bakery located 3 km from the house).
- Oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, mustard, mayonnaise and ketchup.
- Wood for your fireplaces.


Important: During long weekends, we only rent for a minimum of 3 days.

By booking with us, you book on 24-hour days, we are relatively flexible on arrival times.

The rates are decreasing (except bridges) for all reservations from 7 nights.

For all reservations of one week, we offer a 30% reduction.

For all reservations of 15 days, we offer a 40% reduction.

COVID-19: Please be aware that we are doing our best to preserve the safety of our travelers by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (switches, door handles, furniture handles, remote controls, etc.), the sheets are disposable and the towels are washed at 60° before your arrival. Arrivals are at 72 hour intervals.

Rules of procedure:
The house is equipped with a noise detector which allows us to avoid overflows and to respect our dear neighbors.
Animals are accepted (on request) on the ground floor, but are not allowed upstairs.
No parties or parties
We are flexible on arrival and departure times, do not hesitate to inquire.
The house is completely non-smoking.

POOL :
Do not enter with your shoes, nor enter and exit through the garden.
Do not touch the box used to regulate the ventilation of the room.
Do not sit on the tarp support.
Do not put your towels on the wooden table or chairs, leave them on the floor when you leave.
For your drinks, use plastic because in the event of an accident, no one will be injured and we will avoid finding glass on the ground and in the water.
Do not lock the glass doors.

Deposit: in case of material damage in the accommodation, you may have to pay up to 2000€
