In the heart of Mourillon, the liveliest district of Toulon, and yet in absolute calm thanks to a street very little used by cars.

L'appartement a été refait à neuf il y a moins de 10 ans. Les points de rénovation dont parle Mme Decorbez sont des petites choses: * Rouille sur les vieux radiateurs en fonte. * Store dont le tissu s'effrite. Je vous laisse juger l'état par la vidéo de l'appartement, prise ce 1er Septembre 2023. Sur le marché de la location à Toulon, il n'y a pas d'appartement mieux situé, avec une plus belle vue et un si beau mobilier. Si vous appréciez davantage la vue et l'emplacement que quelques tâches de rouille sur des radiateurs (qui vont être repeints fin 2023), l'appartement est fait pour vous!

9 Tage Baustellenlärm, schade!!!

Leider stellten wir nach unserer Ankunft (Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert) fest, dass sowohl direkt vor dem sehr schönen Balkon als auch direkt hinter dem Haus Renovierungsarbeiten von Dach bis Innenausbau im Gange waren. Direkt Montag 7Uhr ging dann auch der Lärm los; Ausschlafen oder Frühstück auf dem Balkon waren nicht möglich. Dem Vermieter waren die Bauarbeiten angeblich unbekannt (wie kann man Baugerüste und abgedeckte Dächer übersehen?) und weitere Aussagen dazu waren auch eher unglaubwürdig. Wir haben stressige Jobs und hatten extra nach einer ruhigen Gegend geschaut (laut Inserat sollte dies auch so sein und stimmt vielleicht auch nach Ende der Bauarbeiten)- am liebsten wären wir wieder abgereist! Ansonsten zerrissene Markise mit einem defekten Arm, undichte Kaffeemaschine (nach Rücksprache in Ordnung gebracht)und Pommes von Vor- oder Vorvormietern im Backofen, verdreckter Grill mit alten Kohleresten... Insgesamt schade, weil eigentlich schöne Wohnung mit wirklich phänomenaler Aussicht und z.B. hochwertigen Geräten (Siemens, Samsung, Yamaha), mehr als ausreichend Geschirr auch für Kochfans wie uns. P.S. Keine Klimaanlage (das ist auch in der Anzeige erkennbar)- einen Ventilator hätten wir dann aber schon erwartet (und haben uns dann selbst einen gekauft). Die Garage ist sehr eng und verwinkelt, wir fahren eine kleine Mercedes A-Klasse und hatten da schon Mühe hineinzukommen; für größere Autos wird das wohl nicht funktionieren (sollte zumindest erwähnt werden!).

C'est la première fois qu'un locataire nous demande un remboursement partiel pour éviter de mettre un mauvais commentaire, ce que nous avons bien sûr refusé. Il y avait des travaux sur les toitures de 2 maisons, c'est vrai. Mais la nuisance est clairement exagérée, le locataire suivant m'a affirmé que cela ne les avait pas du tout gênés. Nous prenons en compte la demande d'un ventilateur, mais cet appartement a la chance d'être traversant : en ouvrant au sud et au nord, il y a un courant d'air permanent. On n'a jamais souffert de la chaleur, en 7 ans d'occupation. Quant au garage, il n'est pas très grand mais on peut y garer une voiture de 475 cm de longueur et 210 cm de large (avec rétroviseurs déployés). Il y a par contre un coup à prendre : il faut longer les garages sur la gauche très près de manière à bien positionner l'arrière de la voiture avant la marche arrière.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt und toller Vermieter

Die Wohnung entspricht zu 100 % der Wohnungsbeschreibung. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Highlight ist der Balkon. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war perfekt. Bei Fragen wurde stets schnell und sehr freundlich geholfen. Insgesamt können wir die Wohnung empfehlen.

Room/s with a spectacular view :)

The balcony is amazing. You could easily stay all day and watch the sail boats. Definitely the highlight of the apartment! You can see sunrise and sunsets. There are some amazing restaurants in the neighborhood, as well as a small grocery, bakery, pubs and shops. The beach is just a few minutes by foot with many places for food, drink and swimming. There are beautiful small beaches along the coast. Wonderful place to stay!

UN SÉJOUR EXCEPTIONNEL

Nous avons été accueilli par un hôte aussi gentil que prévenant. À quelques minutes des plages et des commerçants et néanmoins parfaitement isolés pour des nuits calmes et reposantes, ce séjour fut une pure merveille. La vue panoramique sur la plus belle rade d'Europe est somptueuse. L'appartement est aussi propre que fonctionnel, je vous le recommande sans hésitation. Merci Grégoire.

Emplacement magnifique !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Grégoire et Audrey nous ont reçu avec leurs enfants. Ce sont des hôtes charmants, à l'écoute de leurs vacanciers et prompts à réagir en cas de problème (nous avons eu un petit souci avec le sèche cheveux et 2 heures après nous en avions un neuf. Merci !). L'appartement est super. Beaucoup de rangements, la vaisselle est neuve, le canapé est confortable et la vue du balcon qui longe tout l'appartement est exceptionnelle ! La plage n'est pas loin et le quartier des restaurants et des boutiques est à quelques pas, le tout dans une rue très calme. C'est sur, nous reviendrons ! Merci à nos hôtes !
