Family house, old silkworm farm, on 10 ha of woods and meadows, near the charming village of Banne, 6 x 12 swimming pool with children's pool, incredible view over 80 km away, immersion in the great outdoors, absolute calm , hiking trails.
Family house formed by two wings exposed west and south with an interior courtyard north and east; on 2 levels.
Ground floor south wing: Entrance, TV lounge, office space, wc, bedroom 25 m2 with exposed beams and bathroom, tiled floor
Upstairs south wing: entrance via external patio or internal staircase, 2 bedrooms of 25 m2 with 4.5 m high each + 1 children's bedroom with 2 bunk beds, baby bed, 1 bathroom and 1 separate WC.
Ground floor west wing: 1 living room, 1 dining room and 1 kitchen redone in 2018, fully equipped with a large central island, tiled floor
Walks from the house on paths (offering pretty views) in a private forest of 10 ha. Hiking trails (PR and GR) that you can reach on foot from the property as well as mountain biking circuits.
