This property has it all. Beautiful condo in Catamaran 1, exclusive Ocean Village; gated community with full amenities featuring 3000 feet of private beachfront. Condo overlooks sixth hole green of executive golf course and a very short walk provides access to complex pools, magnificent beach, tennis, bocce and dining. Very spacious condo provides fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, great view, privacy, and quiet relaxation. The beach is never crowded, the pools are never cold; for golf lovers, greens fees at the par-three golf course which winds through the property are only $3 during the high season and not charged during off-season. Pool-side Tiki Bar and Kristi's in the clubhouse offer on-site dining, and there are many, many restaurants in the area as well.

Condo was well equipped. We had Coffee and watched the superb sunrises on the lanai overlooking the golf course. Fabulous way to start every day. Alison was a great host. She responded to our questions promptly.

Very nice vacation

The unit is roomier than it shows on the pictures. We felt at home in no-time. The weather was phenomenal, the neighborhood is perfect for families, and there is a large pool 100 yards from the apartment. As we stayed there off-season, we often had the whole pool for ourselves. If you have kids, don't forget to check out the pond by the pool for turtles and crabs.

Two Fun Weeks in February 2008

We spent 2 very relaxing and enjoyable weeks here. The condo is very attractive and well equipped and the complex is beautifully landscaped. We especially enjoyed our view of the 6th hole from our screened porch. There is much to do without ever leaving the grounds! Lovely beach, uncrowded 9 hole golf course and a choice of swimming pools within easy walking distance. A short distance away are many good restaurants and challenging golf courses (1 with water and alligators on nearly every hole!).

The resort was lovely and very well maintained. Condo was spacious and very well provisioned. Only downside was restaurant and bar were not open. This was a problem as there are no other restaurants nearby. I would rate our experience 41/2 stars.

Great condo in a wonderful resort!

Alison was very helpful in working with us,especially in accommodating our changing plans. The unit is one of the better units in Ocean Village with a nice view of the complex and ocean in the distance. Unit was well-stocked, but some items could use a replacement ( toaster, non-teflon pans , etc ). Overall, a wonderful experience.
