35 m² terraced house located in a residence close to the beach and shops in St Jacques en Sarzeau.
On the ground floor:
- A living room with a sofa bed type sofa bed overlooking the garden
- A kitchenette with dishwasher

- A small room with two single beds in 90
- A bathroom with shower/wc
NB: beds equipped with duvets.

- A small enclosed garden with a terrace equipped with a garden furniture
