Valleyview Estate Ranch House is a private setting, perched among Skaha Bluffs, vineyards, orchards and farms, overlooking Skaha Lake Beach Park. This delightful home is ideally situated for active outdoor adventurers, wine tour enthusiasts, and those wanting to unwind and connect with Okanagan's simple life. No traffic noise here; instead, you fall asleep to the sound of crickets.
With family gatherings and small groups in mind, the house is beautifully decorated with only the highest quality features. There are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, a large kitchen and dining area and comfortable seating in the living area and family room. The large doors and windows provide seamless indoor/outdoor living and bring in copious amounts of natural light and fresh air, leading to the spacious and private yard. So beautiful is the light, it is rumoured famed Canadian artist Toni Onely found his inspiration for his renowned landscape watercolour techniques here back when he lived in this little scenic country residential neighbourhood!
The house can be cooled with fans or air conditioning in summer and warmed by a cozy gas fireplace in winter. We provide all amenities necessary to enjoy your stay including plenty of linens, towels, and beach towels for your use. There is a large outdoor BBQ and patio seating to enjoy outdoor meals with family and friends.

Skaha Park - rated as the Best family-friendly beach in Canada, you will find two playgrounds, kids spray park, volleyball nets, tennis and basketball courts, gym equipment and a lush grassy park with picnic tables. Enjoy a morning stroll on the promenade, soak up the sun in the aft, take a late-day swim, or build an evening beach bonfire. Kiteboarders welcome. Chair rentals, Paddleboard rentals available.
Skaha Marina - water sports & boat launch, boat rentals including pontoons, bowriders, and kayaks.
Skaha Bluffs Provincial Park (walking access too) - world-class rock climbing, hiking, mountain biking
Wineries - Within walking distance, there are two iconic wineries. A few doors down is Crescent Hill, Penticton's first winery, and Riesling Double Gold winner. Down the street, is Pentage Winery, a beautiful and award-winning boutique winery with a must-see natural rock wine cellar. Or, take a self-guided Wine Tour north to Naramata or south to Ok Falls and Oliver - you will discover dozens of excellent wineries along the way.
