Located in Féole, 30 minutes from Puy du Fou in the heart of the Vendée countryside, Le Corps de Ferme offers comfort and calm for your holidays with family or friends. 10 minutes from a leisure center, 45 minutes from the Marais Poitevin and 45 minutes from the Atlantic Ocean.

The farmhouse equipped for 20 people including:
- an enclosed garden of 3000m²

On the ground floor:
- A large dining room with 450 cm table, 4 benches
- A living room with 3 sofas (2 convertible 140), 2 armchairs, coffee table, tv,
- A fitted kitchen, oven, microwave, 2 fridges, coffee maker, kettle, pots, dishes, for 20 pers.
- A toilet

Upstairs:
- A dormitory with 9 beds (7 single beds and 1 double bed)
- A bedroom for 5 people (one 140 cm bed and three 90 cm beds)
- A bedroom for 3 people (1 double bed and 2 single beds), cot and high chair provided. 
- 3 bathrooms with shower cabin
- 2 toilets

Outside: a large covered courtyard of 100m with three farm tables and a pvc table and chairs, deckchairs, table tennis, table football, and ample parking for 10/12 cars.

Possible option:
- Sheet kit rental: € 8 per kit (1 fitted sheet, one duvet cover and one pillowcase per bed)
- Baby cot and free bath loan
- Cleaning fee: 150 €
To book before your arrival

A check of 1000 € will be requested on the day of your arrival as a security deposit intended to cover damage and / or deterioration of the accommodation and furniture and objects furnishing the accommodation caused by the Lessee, as well as loss of keys or of objects. As well as a € 150 check for cleaning if the lessee leaves the premises dirty.

The security deposit as well as the "cleaning" check will be returned to the Lessee after his departure.

An inventory and an inventory will be established by the Parties at the end of the rental, each keeping a signed copy.

Animals are not allowed.
